    Excellent Experience!
    Edwin was excellent! Kept in touch with us and he was waiting at baggage claim, even when we were 90 minutes late. The car was excellent - exactly what we needed. Upon return to the port, he was right on time.

    A good way to get to Wynwood Walls as this above ground free shuttle service that runs every few minutes

    Freebee at St Pete Beach, Fla
    Freebee is an amazing service. Easy to just download the App to call for a ride. Making our trip much easier to get around. Every driver has been pleasant and accommodating. Hope they continue to offer for years to come.

    Superb service
    Driver arrived early to transport 18 of us to the airport (in a bus that would hold 45!).
    Driver was super friendly, the bus was good and perfectly clean.
    The journey was smooth and efficient and the driver kindly took all of our suitcases off the bus for us.
    The service could not of been better.

    Birtsday party
    My sister had a birtsday so we decided to get a nice van to go to a Hard rock casino in Hollywood.
    I called Dream ride the guy on the phone took a time and explained me all typ of cars he has. They have only brand new beautiful vans black and white colors. I went to his warehouse to see it in person. He offered me on the phone this opportunity. I liked the black one with a limo style inside. The van is only couple weeks old has all i mean all the newest toys inside what u can imagen. Big tv super sound music maybach roof omg. We could enjoy the sprinter 6 hours that special night for a reasonable price. The driver ( european guy) was a real professional with a lot of experience he had ice cold water and sodas on board he cleaned up the car every time we got out somewhere.
    I defenetely recomend him to drive u guys and also the company Dream Ride for any time when u wanna go out with friends or family.this guys no how to treat costumers i really felt good and i'll repeat it again.

    Amazing service
    I received a text from Michael as soon as I stepped off the plane and Michael met us within minutes of exiting the terminal in a beautiful luxurious Cadillac Escalade, Michael helped us with our bags and provided amazing service and some great local knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient luxury car service.

    Amazing Transportation to Cruise Port - Great communication, comfortable car, safe drivver
    We had an excellent experience using Twelve Transfers for private transportation from a Miami Brickell-area hotel to the Royal Caribbean cruise terminal. They were extremely responsive to any questions and changes in my booking, including a request to move up our booking time by 15 minutes, and especially when our pickup location was changed the night before (our hotel was overbooked and moved us to a different hotel). They responded to my late-night email in the middle of the night, and my driver was right on time (15 minutes early, actually) at our new pickup location. The SUV was large and comfortable with plenty of room for our party of 4 and all our luggage. Our driver was polite and professional, and handled some very hectic cruise port traffic with ease. The peace of mind knowing that we had a safe and reliable driver to get us to our cruise was well worth the cost as opposed to gambling on a rideshare driver. We will absolutely use Twelve Transfers every time we cruise out of Miami!

    Miami Airport to Key Largo
    Used Car Service Miami for a recent trip to Key Largo, (4/12/2022 and return 14/01/2023) was very impressed with the service offered. Our driver was Boris, who was very helpful, courteous, and on time, we enjoyed his company on both legs of the journey. Contact with the company is very prompt and any questions receive immediate attention. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

    Outstanding service!
    We used the Miami chapter of this transportation service to get the Fort Lauderdale airport on July 8th. With two babies and their luggage, our own bags, it wasn't intended as the most straightforward trip. But to our surprise booking this ride was the best decision we made (and yes, we can compare it to other similar services). The booking was seamless, the arrival on time and the ride itself was very pleasant. A very special THANK YOU to our driver, Daniel, who clearly loves what he does and who has a huge amount of respect to his customers. Daniel went above and beyond of what we expected and helped us with the on-boarding and off-boarding without a glitch. We are frequent travelers and there is no other company we will book for our travels than WOW TNC from now on.

    This is how you want to arrive in Miami!
    Ariel was very professional and picked us up on time in a spacious, clean van. He drove safely, and helped us with our bags. He gave us bottles of water and we were so happy to start our vacation from the moment we arrived instead of dealing with finding transportation to our hotel at the last minute!

    The only way to go!
    I had the best service from Miami Vice Limo! Guillermo was friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out various landmarks during my ride. I highly recommend them if you're in Miami...they'll take excellent care of you!

    Nice Ride
    Very nice ride, not overcrowded and our tour guide was very informative. We saw dolphins along the way and plenty of jelly fish, took lots of great pictures.

    Fabulous service, very highly recommended
    We were picked up at Miami Intl and driven to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale.
    Carlos was there minutes after I called to say we were at the kerbside.
    On the journey to Fort Lauderdale I happened mentioned to Carlos that on our return from the cruise that we were planning to take a taxi from the cruise port to Miami airport then hopefully leave our luggage at the airport and head off to a mall as we had quite a late flight to London.
    He told me that MDC travel offer a service called Nanny4Bags
    This included pick up from cruise terminal and taken directly to the mall and that they will keep our luggage until we required pick up from the mall and taken back to the airport.
    It was the ideal solution.
    Very reasonable price and such courteous and friendly drivers.
    I told David, our driver from port to mall , that they were welcome to do the laundry as well. ..maybe next time 😁
    Overall a fabulous service , will absolutely use MDC again and would recommend 100%
