    You could still go a bit faster in terms of speed. But ok, there are a lot of anxious people etc. on board. Maybe once a day for all those who are looking for a thrill

    Beautiful day cruising the Miami bay
    Jack was an amazing captain with Dolphin Water Sport—he was extremely accommodating and tailored the 2-hour experience exactly how we wanted it. We saw a pod of dolphins and swimming crabs, learned about all the beautiful mansions and yachts in the bay with fun facts that Jack provided us with, and still had time to snorkel and swim around an island! Jack let us play our own music, took lots of photos and videos for us, and was just such a fun person to be around. I can’t recommend this tour enough if you have a few hours to spare in Miami, and would absolutely recommend Jack Richardson as your captain!

    Parasailing
    The parasailing was fun! The boat staff was down to earth—gave clear instructions and good vibes! Only reason I gave "very good" instead of "excellent" because their prices [across] online compared to in person is not consistent. Online you see prices like $165 but in person its $112. I advise that people to pay in person compared to the various prices displayed online.

    Great fun, too much $$$$
    It was a great experience and a lot of fun, but it was way too expensive with lots of extra fees. We thought we were going for $29 per person but it ended up being $255 for a Family of 4. That included $20 each fuel fee, $30 taxes and $25 mandatory tip.

    Fun, unique experience but be prepared $.

    Was fun once the tour actually started
    I’ll start with the positives: the jetski ride itself was amazing - 45 mins to an hour is PLENTY of time to have a go at it if it’s your first time, so I highly recommend it.
    Now for the negatives: the tour is advertised as $99, but after you book it, the confirmation email tells you to bring along $60 for gas, so it’s really a $160 tour (classic tourist trap, kind of expected). I don’t think I’ve ever had so much trouble finding the start point of a tour before. The tour says “South Beach” but the boat actually picks you up from Mid Beach, so if you’re staying in South Beach, don’t book in haste expecting you can get there quickly. I originally booked for 12 noon, then after panicking to get to Mid Beach quickly, I struggled to find where the boat left off from. I tried to contact the tour operators multiple times with no luck, then after some very mixed and vague instructions, I was late and had to reschedule for the 3:30 session. When I came back later, I still couldn’t find the starting spot - after asking countless people where to go, it turns out there were no signs/posters at the correct location anyway. PLEASE put up a sign saying “JetSki tours start here!” or something similar. Eventually I worked it out with another very confused couple who were set to do the tour as well. Worst tour instructions ever, and almost lost more money than I should have. If this company can find a way to advertise better where their tour starts from (emailing a picture of a map with the location pinpointed is a great start) and the two tour operators can get on the same page with each other about those directions, then this tour would be a 10/10. Too much stress for something that should be fun and relaxing.

    Highly recommend!
    This was a great experience! Keith was a fantastic driver and host. He knew a ton about the area and brought us to a cool little beach to swim and enjoy the water. The boat was spacious for 7 people, and we had a blast!

    Absolutely outstanding!
    Absolutely excellent from start to finish, communication was instant and informative and a pleasure to deal with. Captain Thomas took us out for the day he was super professional and easy going, the boat was immaculate with a cool box full of ice and cups for us to use. The trip was so much fun, we moored up several times and swam, also saw dolphins which was a real highlight! I would book with this company again and again, was one of the highlights of our trip to Miami! We highly recommend for everyone.

    Great family day out!
    We had a fantastic day with Dolphin Watersport. The boat was perfect for our family of four, great tour all around with the fabulous Captain Markus who was so knowledgeable about the area. Kids loved him. We swam at some great swimming sites and even saw dolphins! Perfect day for us. Thank you Dolphin, a day to remember! Xx

    Highly Recommend
    Where do I start! 10/10 for the whole experience. The whole staff is great at communicating, and they reply quickly to any questions or concerns. They give great detail for arrival and what to expect and follow up to make sure everything went well. This was the best birthday trip I’ve had in Miami. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves and Captain Jack was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and so down to earth! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend to everyone who visits Miami!

    Great and thrilling speedboat tour
    We had a great experience with Derek, he showed us several sites and we had a great 2hrs with him. We all absolutely loved it and Derek was really knowledgable about the different celebrity houses and general info regarding the area. Definitely recommend it and as we were staying at Eden Roc it was easy just to cross the road and meet him there.

    AMAZING!!!
