- Isabelle BNimes, France26 contributionsA place out of time, gorgeous gardens (don't miss the orchids) take your time to explore. The house is a pure marvel. Try to find the elevator, so lovely (you cannot use it). Every single detail is absolutely stunning.
You must book only before coming. There is an audio guide in several languages. - jacam783Tavernier, FL14 contributionsI have had several birthday parties (4 or more mow) for my son here, but each year I find less and less value. Spent $500 (10 people) and is was just ok. They say 90% of games work with timed access cards but I swear it seems more and more games are not included, or at least Most of the cool games. And many games we used to enjoy are now gone. Not sure if its new management or what. Just not as great, had a birthday room with food for just one hour this time and food was late. I gave a three because staff was good / and not understaffed which was good and place is big and theres not many choices,.,,.Service was overall good (except the lateness) and booking agent was quick and efficient, but also a few games not working. Just had no wow factor. Management needs to really look at how many games are red cards only now! Greedy I suspect. Thats the worse thing, i walked around and really couldnt think of anything i wanted to even

I left Miami the same day and went back to Europe. Since my return, H&N tried to charge me 4 times (!) the $64 on my monthly credit card bill.
I tried to reach out to H&N, but guess what, nobody in charge.
