First time my husband and I visited the Bayside Marketplace. Great small shops and unique items and gifts everywhere. We didn't get a chance to visit all of the places, but we will definitely be back to explore more then next time in Miami. Looks like a fun place to shop and eat.

My teen son and I caught a Miami Heat game on short notice. The stadium experience was great - good food and beverage options, well-managed security, great view from our seats!

Fabulous way to get a snapshot of Miami central. Clean, good signage and maps and helpful staff. Felt like the sort of travel of the future that Disney imagined, great fun!

I visited here both days I was in Miami. It’s a nice spot to walk but it’s not a huge area. It leads to Bayside Marketplace from downtown and overlooks the water and port. There was some evidence of rough sleeping in the park but that’s not a shock and it wasn’t intrusive.

Cntro Calle Ocho was pretty good! The food was tasty, but the only downside was the lack of parkng space. It was a bit difficult to find a spot on the street. Otherwise, the atmosphere was lively and the service was friendly. 😊 Overall, it was a nice experience!

The Van Gogh Immersive Experience was fantastic, mind blowing, unforgettable! I didn’t want to leave. In addition, the Olympia Theater was fascinating and gorgeous. What a treasure! I would love to have a tour and learn more about the history of the place.

The Cleveland Orchestra in Miami is always such a treat, and the Knight Concert Hall is lovely. Booking tickets was easy and I would like to give a special mention to Marty H in the box office who answered all my queries (on a Saturday too!) promptly and courteously and couldn't have been more helpful. Marty sorted out all problems and made our visit even more enjoyable and stress-free.

You can’t go in at the moment, but it is worth admiring the architecture from the outside (it really stands out amongst the shiny new skyscrapers) and reflecting on its place in history, welcoming Cuban people.

There are two buildings of exhibits. If you are mainly interested in learning about the area - I suggest you go to the second building first. Also if you park at the multilevel parking garage across the street from the museum you can have your ticket stamped and only pay $5.

This refurbished building is an Episcopal Church that has been on the US National Register of Historical Places since October 1980. It is the oldest church located in the original city limits of Miami. It is very large on the inside and can seat up to 1100 worshipers. Its architecture is Mediterranean in appearance.

The interior is very clean (as a Church should be) and has beautiful mosaics which depict the Six Days of Creation and the Stations of the Cross. The gorgeous Stained Glass windows illustrate various events in the life of Jesus.

The city of Miami grew around this building. It is quite a large Church, but appears so small in comparison to the massive skyscrapers surrounding it.

We stopped here for a short while since we were in the area. We went inside, not just to admire its famous stained glass windows, but also to simply stand there on the grounds of this very historic Church. There was nobody there when we visited, so we were able to examine everything in detail.

It was our tour guide who piqued our interest with the stories about the surrounding area.

Excellent Hotel, great service, great views and good food! This hotel was chosen for an overnight stay before leaving on a cruise. Reasonable price for the area and great views from the pool and the room. The service here was excellent and so was the food! We will definitely return for our next stay. Yes you need transportation for any activity outside the hotel and that can be expensive. Convenient for airport transition or going directly to the cruise port.

Went with my wife in July 2014
We walked through the galleries for around 30 minutes and were really impressed by most of it.
You can even see some of the artists at work.
You can get free postcards of their work as well
Overall a nice place to check out if you're an art lover.

When I was last time in Miami, 12 y ago, I was advised strictly not to go to Little Haiti. It was a dangerous neighborhood with a high crime rate.
This time I put it on my list, as I read about it becoming a hip area with local culture. It was also on our way as it's just little bit north from the magnificent Wynwood which was planned for that day.
Unfortunately, we wasted our time. Apart from few murals and graphiti (which looked underwhelming after the Wynwood) everything else was quite ordinary and pretty much waste of time.
So, save your time and gas for future, maybe it will become new Wynwood some day.
