We only saw the unfriendly cart girl once, but we didn't suffer for that. Great service from everyone else. - RatherBeDivingLouisville, KY80 contributionsDon't be misled by the name of this place. The laser maze is just one room with laser beams shining across it. There are a few different games you can play in the laser maze- avoid the beams, break as many beams as possible, or a team game where you each have to avoid the beams to get across the room to touch sensors on the walls.
That being said, the arcade itself was great! It is pretty small, but there are lots of games. We splurged at the beginning of our trip and paid $120 for a game card. This was enough to allow each of my two kids (sharing the card) to play on 3 separate nights. I felt like the games were reasonably priced and the money lasted a lot longer than it might have at other arcades. They won enough tickets to get 3 stuffed animals and a few small pieces of candy. Staff was very attentive and always available to help out if we had any problems. The games were well-maintained and nothing was out of order or broken. It was a great way to spend time in the chilly October evenings or on rainy days.
My only complaint about the arcade is that there is no place for non-participating adults to sit down. I couldn't find even one chair or bench inside the arcade other than stools that were meant for sitting while playing some of the games. They had one table with 4 chairs out in front of the arcade, so I went out there and sat for a while. It is nice that there is only one entrance and exit from the arcade, so I didn't have to worry about the kids leaving without me seeing them. They have a three-hole stretch that looks like they tried to fit them in between the buildings and one of the holes that run uphill is in terrible shape. - Patty SKey West, FL356 contributionsI am not happy with my haircut. I wanted a undercut, pageboy or what they call it nowadays. None of the younger girls seem to have any idea how to do it, shorter closer to the scalp the top layer being the longest to bend under the bottom layer. It was cut the total opposite. My hair is now flipping up. My hair looked better before I walked into this Aveda salon. I was assured Whitney could do my cut and brow waxing. After my eyebrow waxing I went home to finish tweezing my eyebrows myself. Whitney did comment the lighting is dim in here. The bottle of shampoo I bought was almost twice what I paid for it back home. - James W1 contributionWe had a great time on our trip and everyone was very helpful. Can’t remember their names but two brothers were awesome getting us on the water. - Derek P1 contributionI have been fishing with Alex over 10 years. He is so accommodating. He knows exactly where to put you on top of fish. Very knowledgeable and patient with new fishermen. I’ve been on 7-8 hour trips, and 3 hour trips. They made sure our group had everything we needed and that our experience was everything we wanted it to be. They went above and beyond!!
