I’ve been on 7-8 hour trips, and 3 hour trips. They made sure our group had everything we needed and that our experience was everything we wanted it to be. They went above and beyond!! - Karla MDallas, TX79 contributionsEverything about this dinner cruise was first class. The food was outstanding. The entertainment was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better was if they left a half hour earlier, as it is a sunset cruise and the sun set at 6:30 that evening and that is when the ship left. It was quite expensive all told, as our bill for two people with only 3 drinks was $280 with tip. I truly feel the least they could have done was throw in the picture they take of you on the bow of the boat while boarding. They wanted $15 additional for that. We left ours on the table as we had taken our own pictures. Captain Ladd and Tracey who was the crew and hospitality ace who was attuned to our every need and had impeccable attention to detail. They were kind, knowledgeable and flexible. Tracey even sent us pictures of our whole trip… WOW!!!Literally could not have asked for more. - Jackie O16 contributionsI did catch 7 keepers. It wore my arm out holding rod up as I cracked up 20 pound weight 120ft to check bait. It was a blast and thankfully no one got sick. It was a pretty rough ride out first thing in the morning. We did travel over 2 hours before we started fishing. - DebBirmingham, AL356 contributionsWe had a wonderful time with Captain Jayson and his deck hand, Marshall (and Marshall’s puppy, Tex). Cptn. Jayson worked to plan a great trip within the confines of my budget, and we weren’t disappointed. We did a four hour trip. It was great for us because a) we have no real experience deep sea fishing and b) one of our party was sea sick and didn’t need to be out longer. We stayed about 9-10 miles off-shore and caught a mazillion small trigger fish (which all but one was too small to keep), and some mingos (vermilion snapper) that we were able to bring back. There was very little down time on catching fish, which was great. It’s a great short trip to see if you would like to plan a longer one. Afterwards, we took our fish to a nearby restaurant with a “hook and cook” special, and our fish was delicious for lunch. The boat was nice and clean, the AC was cold. We were a little afraid of the zip line for an 8 year old but everything was fine. - CH1 contributionWe had a great experience using SUP Express. Communication and delivery of the boards was easy and prompt. There were no issues with any of the boards. We greatly appreciated the delivery/pick-up part of the service. Jeff was great to work with!
