The views from the Golan Heights are amazing. You can see over Sea of Galilee, where the Golan Heights dominates the outlook. There are lots of strategic factors, including religion. The Golan Heights are in the north-east of Israel, it's well worth a tour.

The Golan Heights is an area of outstanding natural beauty and intriguing historical sites It was captured from Syria during the Six Day War in 1967 and is now part of Israel. The Golan Heights is of great strategic importance, it has a commanding view of the northern Galilee. Apart from its military value, the Golan is a fertile agricultural region. The trip from Jerusalem to the Golan takes around two hours by car.

My tour guide Kobi gave me a once in a lifetime experience. Very personable and educational. The Golan Heights tour with ATV’s, battle field outposts, mountain top views of the Syrian/Lebanon borders and winery tasting to end the day made for a perfect experience.

We were group of 6 , loved the mixture of the sightseeing and the off-road . Some of the sights are really monumental like Jerusalem and Masada while on the other side of the spectrum is the Holman highs wild Wild West :-)
Loved the local street good and mostly the gokedem guide for the oversight and linking history and present of this magical land. We could have few more days to relax off the beat and enjoy tel aviv...

This is a beautiful park, not only for its natural beauty, but for its spiritual and historical significance. Upon on the hill are the ruins of the Temple of Pan, the ancient Greek god. The temple was built in front of a huge cave, through which an underground river runs. It was thought that the river led to Hades, the underworld, and many people were sacrificed into the river to satisfy the gods. Jesus took his disciples to this cave, a dark place where so many people had died, and spread his light of love - not human sacrifice. Jesus announced to Simon that he would henceforth be called Peter (or in Greek Petra), and upon Peter he would build his church and "the gates of Hades will not prevail against it." Matthew 16:18. How amazing that Jesus stood in front of the gate of hell, and announced the good news of a heavenly kingdom full of goodness and light. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Israel.

This tour was so much fun! Menachem Jacobs is a very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and out-going tour guide. We saw sites and ruins that we would not be able to see without the Jeep! Menachem’s knowledge of the Golan and Tiberias is clear. We got to explore the village of Katzrin and the synagogue built in the 6th century. Definitely don’t miss this one!

My mom and I took the tour with Ofer. We visited archaeological sites around the Sea of Galilee. Ofer was able to explain the historic and religious significance behind the sites, which helped with our understanding of the area and connection to the Bible. Definitely recommend the tour, but bring good walking/hiking shoes.

We enjoyed an incredible day adventure with Erez touring around the magical city of Akko and then an explosive and fantastic drive in the razors. I think our guide Erez made this trip in every way. His story telling was mesmerizing and it really gave us a sense of what we were looking at together with a wonderful historical context. We both loved the off road driving in the razors. Try not to miss this dusty but action packed adventure driving through some amazing and rocky forests. All in all a great day…absolutely no negatives at all.

I was recommended by a friend to join Kotek tours day trip.
SO this June, I went on a day trip with a group of friends, and we visited Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee with Kotek Tours. It was an amazing experience! The tour was well-organized and our guide David was knowledgeable and friendly. We visited many famous sites including the Church of Annunciation, and the Sea of Galilee. I highly recommend David for anyone looking for a fun and informative day trip in Israel!

We had an enjoyable, interesting tour day with our guide Eric Grosser. We booked the tour with Beinhariim company. Eric was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He gave us a wonderful overview of each area. We enjoyed the stories and history. We went to a delicious local lunch in Acre. Thank you so much to Eric for great memories.

If I could give 6 stars or more, I would! Ibriham made our entire trip worth the journey.

Prior to departure, Ibriham was prompt to answer questions, offer suggestions and lend a hand with any other details necessary.

On the day of our planned excursion, Ibriham arrived a few minutes early and came prepared with a FULL day agenda for us. His knowledge throughout the day was mind blowing. His historical understanding combined with his biblical expertise kept us engaged, inspired and in awe!

A few of the many reasons I would suggest hiring him...He added a couple of stops that were among our favorites of the whole trip and would not have been on a "tour". One was a stop at Magdala for a quick tour of the grounds and all it had to offer. His knowledge of the location is what gave this smaller spot a meaning that you wouldn't get through a self guided visit. The second was at a museum on the site of a kibbutz (sadly, I can't recall the name). Here was a museum which included a boat found and reconstructed and thought to be from the same time period of Jesus. We were the ONLY people in this museum and was most impactful!

At the end of the day, he gave us a book of his pictures, words and history of Israel. Holy cow! It is our favorite memento from the trip.

Take my advice...spend the money and hire him for your entire stay! We wish we would have!

We had a fun family day-trip to explore Israel's north, the national parks, a Druze village as well as Golan Heights. Our guide Levi showed us some truly magical places and gave us quite a bit of context and history. Not only he was a wealth of knowledge but he made our experience memorable and very entertaining. He was patient with our boys and their needs. It felt like we were guided by a friend. I would definitely recommend Levi's company, and will most certainly look him up again next time we plan a trip to Israel!

We were impressed by the professionalism of the ground and flight crew and felt that we were in good hands. The whole experience was beautiful. Note that the "gourmet breakfast" is really packaged cookies, cake and instant coffee, although that is definitely not the focal point of the experience.
