Mother's Day gift for my mom and it was a perfect trip "down Memory Lane." Tour guide Rick is a masterful story-teller/historian and even as life-long Chicagoans, we learned some great nuggets. Perfect timing -- very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Awesome tour! Highly recommend. Be warned, it's a lot of Pizza. First time I ever had the Pizza sweats. Definitely take the bus tour.

This was a great tour with different features and narration than the hop on hop off tour during the day. It is difficult to find the starting place, so arrive early and ask around. There's a sign that says Big Bus, but it doesn't indicate it's where the sunset bus starts. The worst experience was that MANY tree limbs smacked people on the upper deck as we drove by. There was really no way to avoid them without literally lying on the seat. If I had not had on glasses, I probably would have had serious eye damage. Not sure if it's the City's responsibility or the bus company's, but someone must trim those limbs!

We loved the tour, saw a lot of interesting things. Had some good stops. Rick is a very nice guide and funny! He told us a lot as well and gave us some good suggestions to do or eat.

To start...the bus was very nice. There was a good balance between being on the bus and walking. Our guide (Leah) was great. It was informative and fun.

This trip was amazing. We did not feel rushed and our guide was super amazing. The fact that we did not have to drive or park in the various places we visited was wonderful. At the end of the trip our guide was nice enough to drop us off where we had left our car and it was seamless. Constantly communicating we felt very well taken care of. We would do this again

The views were amazing. I noted many of them, so I was able to tell my family and friends the places and things we saw. The future presidential library space was very memorable and gives me a reason to come back once it is finished. DuSable museum was included, wish we had more time to explore. We visited the restaurant where President Obama ate breakfast was exciting, sorry we didn't try one of his favorite breakfast meals. The tour was well wort the cost. Would have like the tip included in the cost to keep from guessing what an appropriate tip was. The guide was very knowledgeable

Just went this pass Saturday, it was good and interesting however in the post it says there would be bathroom break and can get something to eat during this 3 hour tour-nothing was bought up either about bathroom breaks or eating.

Our tour guide was Jan Elson. Both Jan and our driver delivered a memorable experience and to be clear, while tourists will be totally engaged, this is a splendid experience for a citizen. I should know, I live in the Loop!

My 23-year-old daughter joined me and I am considerably north of that in age. We both thoroughly enjoyed the sites and Jan's remarkable balance of deep facts and personal injection. Highlights were the Rookery building in the loop and then the Robey House at the University of Chicago campus.

However, the entire journey was sprinkled with amazing tidbits both historical and contemporary. Even the sprinkling of a misty and fairly cold day didn't negatively impact us in any way. Who would have guessed there was so much architectural significance to the IIT campus and in particular, the cool L-train encasing tunnel that sits inside the fairly new student union. This noise dampening structure was both cool to see and amazingly effective in its task of hampering the passing train noises.

Frank Lloyd and Meis, among many others who built the buildings and character of this city were featured. Totally worth every penny if you get the chance.

Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They created a custom tour for all our east coast family and friends that were in Chicago for our son’s wedding.
Todd our tour guide was funny, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable of all things Chicago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
