Really fun, informative, and so much to see. We could have spent longer but we had been there for nearly 4 hours and just couldn't take in any more information. The day we went was crowded with lots of school groups on field trips so the whole museum was very loud, but it was still incredibly engaging. The human body exhibit stands out to me, also the Dark Universe movie (a $12 extra fee but worth it). We had to Uber there and back and it's some distance from where we were staying, so it was a fairly expensive day for us, but definitely a wonderful experience. We were 3 adults in our party, but there seems to be something here for everyone.

I visited with my adult son and some family friends with little ones ages 5-10. We enjoyed the exhibits we saw and we only saw some of the museum, so would definitely return for more exploring. "Sue" is definitely a highlight.

Fun, interactive exhibits where you learn something about human behavior and likely things about your own. Free and enlightening. Bright and friendly space. On MI Ave- across from Art Institute. Would be fun with a partner or friend group- gave us much to talk about. If there's time and you're inclined- you can participate in short research studies. We'll go back.

This is a charming and quirky little museum just south of Lincoln Park. It's not very big, but the admission price is very affordable. If you have any interest in health sciences or medicine, this is a must see. I most enjoyed the different skulls in the cabinet of curiosities, but the jars of gallstones and kidney stones was also quite something to behold. Definitely recommend. You will come away having learned quite a bit about the history of medicine and the surgical sciences.
