Very pleasant & fast way to get from place to place. It was hard to find where to get on at first. We followed the other tourists. Chicago is a beautiful city.

Visitors to Chicago should use this valuable transportation resource. We were able to cover a lot of ground at a fraction of the cost of ride share cars. Get advice from locals if your have concerns about safety on specific routes at specific times of day but we always felt safe when we traveled.

We were going to a convention downtown, and knew we would be bringing extra bags to facilitate some of our conference activities. Having this booked in advance was fantastic. As soon as we landed I got a text from the driver David. He was already in the waiting area and gave us directions for claiming our luggage and then meeting him. He arrived quickly and loaded all our stuff. The SUV was comfortable and immaculate, and had bottles of water for us. Along the ride David offered tips and suggestions for our stay.

Our return was just as easy. He texted me an hour before our scheduled time and said he'd be at the hotel 5-10 minutes early, which he was. He got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

If you want to get to and from O'Hare without any hassles, this is the best way to go.

Leszek, the owner of Legendary Private Car, provided exceptional service when he personally drove my son, who is an international student, to Champaign from O’Hare during the winter storm in Chicago. From my son’s flight arrival to rescheduling the pick up, he communicated constantly with me even during the late and early hours of these two days to verify that the weather would allow for safe travel, and sent me updates from pick up to drop-off. It was a smooth and safe ride for my son in his S Class 4Matic, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Leszek’s company for private car transfers.

This was one of the best private car services I have ever experienced! Our driver was awesome, and provided great information about the area. They were very communicative and always on time. Would absolutely recommend!

Truly a blissful experience! We were traveling from Wigleyville to Ohaire and didn’t want to take the L, but we needed two car seats for our 3 1/2 and 7 month old. Not only was our driver Ace early in a luxury Expedition, he also gave our baby a stuffed animal and our toddler a hot wheels car, juice and snack. We felt like celebrities riding in limo! I can’t say enough good things about our experience and strongly recommend using the service for families with children who need car seats.

The Ogilvie Transportation Center (the former NorthWestern Station) has a a decent collection of fast food restaurant in middle of this busy train station. Note this is a dedicated commuter train station, so the crowds and services in side the station thin out after the evening commute is done.

Echo is great, can't fault them. I've been using them for several years and have always had a great experience. I usually book airport transfers and they've even picked me up in Lake Geneva, WI and taken me to O'Hare.

We had a blast using the Irish Express for our first Notre Dame game! It's a great price point for all they offer, great food and service. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been riding the Milwaukee District North Line for 35 years. When I first began commuting, it was the gold standard. Trains always on-time, never late for work or late getting home, except during occasional inclement weather. Now, there is an average of at least one 15 minute and sometimes a 30 minute delay every week, even during perfect weather. Conductors are pleasant and the value for the $$$ is good, but you cannot count of getting where you need to be on-time. If you are traveling outside of rush hour, just count on your train being delayed to to “signal problems”. Still, it beats driving if you’re going all the way downtown, but not worth the interminable delays midday and if you’re only traveling a few stops away.

I used the company on my two business trips to Chicago back in January and would highly recommend it - very efficient, reliable and professional service. I'm looking forward to using them again.

We traveled Chicago to San Antonio this part was not a great amtrak trip. Our sleeping accommodation (bedroom) was really showing its age. Also, there was a smell of sewage and diesel that would come into the room periodically. Flex dining was okay and the cafe attendant was awesome. The route Chicago to San Antonio doesn't have an observation car or classic dining car. There are tables for the sleeper customers though. Most of the staff was indifferent and could care less about good service. The rails/ride was very rough at times. Skip this part of the route and chose one of the great Western options.
