- whami66Lake Mary, FL2 contributionsWe were going to a convention downtown, and knew we would be bringing extra bags to facilitate some of our conference activities. Having this booked in advance was fantastic. As soon as we landed I got a text from the driver David. He was already in the waiting area and gave us directions for claiming our luggage and then meeting him. He arrived quickly and loaded all our stuff. The SUV was comfortable and immaculate, and had bottles of water for us. Along the ride David offered tips and suggestions for our stay.
Our return was just as easy. He texted me an hour before our scheduled time and said he'd be at the hotel 5-10 minutes early, which he was. He got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

Leszek communicated very well on the day of our departure, and arrived promptly. Very professional driver, and we felt taken care of. We called EJ Concierge less than six hours before we needed a late night / early morning airport transfer at 2:45 am. They came through for us and our experience with them was five stars from start to finish. They were courteous, arrived early, and got us to the airport in plenty of time. These guys should be paying for premium rides like Uber black or similar not using regular Uber to mess up these drivers vehicles with their filthy gear. - MW1 contributionHired O'Hare limo to pick up my 88 year old mother coming into Chicago (a city neither she nor I know) for a memorial service. Her host had sent her the wrong address for the memorial service site so she arrived at a closed chapel by herself. Limo driver stayed with her, called me, and helped out until we got sorted out where she was going and then got her there. - Bob LWaynesville, NC11 contributionsWe had used Tuxedo in Orlando and were excited to see they had service in Chicago. We were there for my husband’s 65th birthday with plans to see the Bulls and the Bears. I wanted this to be special so booked Tuxedo. Our plane arrived early but they were in the airport when we arrived. Our driver, Aydin, was great, telling us about the city and restaurants and things to do. Tuxedo is expensive, but they are reliable and offer a premium experience. He picked us up at the airport at the right time. He texted me in advance so that we would come outside only once he had a curbside spot (it was chilly). He had 3 carseats correctly installed for my children. The vehicle, a Suburban, was nice and clean. He had snacks, bottled water, tissues, and hand sanitizer available for our use. He helped us load and unload our baggage. We had the same excellent experience with our return trip.
