- Amy CFinger Lakes, NY842 contributionsNoce trails to explore the woods. The rusting machinery intermixed with the trees and plants in such a cool way. Trails branch off the path from the parking lot. We only had time to walk around the quarry area. There were lots of early wildflowers along the paths. I'm looking forward to coming back in the fall.

Founded by the modern dance legends, Ted Shawn and Ruth St. Denis. There are 2 main stages. The outdoor stage and the Ted Shawn indoor theater. The season runs during the summer. This year, it displayed 9 companies. We saw the Dance Theater of Harlem. It was inspiring and creative. There are both casual and more formal places to eat on the grounds.
