Loved popping into here on my wanderings. Quite a small building, but lots to see and investigate. Enjoyed the unique signage around the place. Grateful it was open to all.

I spent the day yesterday with John and Matt on an introductory taster day to hang gliding and it was AWESOME! I can’t wait to do more training and go solo. I’ve been round the block a few times and one of my arms is a bit dodgy but they’re such good trainers that it wasn’t a big deal and I had such fun. Don’t dither - life is short and there for you to enjoy. This is fun on steroids. Book a session - you couldn’t possibly regret it.

Had a lot for such a small store. Popped in for an ice cream and the choice was wider than I expected it to be. Hard to miss this store.

Second time of attending the Firle vintage fair, not a good experience this time. Many stallholders were selling new, cheap, shapeless linen 'clothes'. The vintage homeware was on the whole was new stuff 'shabby chiced'. The food vans were awful, I am a vegetarian and it was very difficult for me to get something to eat and there was not enough seating at the venue so having got my chips (the only thing that I vaguely fancied) there was nowhere to sit, the, shall we say, larger visitors were nabbing the seats and not getting out of them, a disappointing time, and it cost £15 per son to get in!!
