The class was really good and the instructors great. We had a pretty good size class but it looks like they couldn't maintain a positive cash flow. We would take a class here again if it reopens.

I was blown away by the Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery. I have been plant based for quite some time but was hesitant about traveling to Las Vegas with my restrictions. I could not have been more impressed with the menu offerings here! Some dishes are served cold from the deli case while others are prepared hot and in front of you.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mandy and Heather, the latter being the founder. Both ladies were exceedingly helpful and insightful. I wish I had had more time during my trip to try more menu offerings. They are also respectful of the dishes they use as the disposable utensils are compostable. Thank you!

I was not able to take an in-person cooking class, but I am looking forward to a digital class all the same.

It was really cool to experience and we had fun. The cool thing is we went early - and were in a relatively empty room -- but we would not have known really -- so that is a positive. The servers were ton of fun and loved their jobs. The negative and positive was that you could hear others around you talk about their food before you got yours -- which slightly influenced and might have ruined a few dishes. At the same time, hearing others talking afterwards was a ton of fun to see how we compared.

The food itself was interesting, but we felt the flavors and quality of items chosen were on level with a high-school cafeteria. Nothing was amazing and nothing warranted a $200 price tag for two. I would say go once in your life for the fun -- but in future, just buy a bandanna and go to any restaurant. If you are blind, then stay away -- as you will not appreciate the experience and the food will not make up for it.
