We have been trying to get to the Neon Museum for years. Every time we go, we run out of time and its booked. I highly recommend booking online in advance and adding the Brilliant show. We went at 10PM so it was a bit cooler (highly recommend). We were able to see all the exhibits, the walk of fame stars and the gift shop within the hour. At 11PM we went to the Brilliant show. It is absolutely amazing. I wish we could have seen it more than once especially since they have like 4 different shows. Its a bit of a distance from everything but you must see it once!

The store was as I would have expected. It is a working Pawn Shop. There were several items from the show that had not sold yet and were really on the show. We expected that there would be souvenirs to buy, such as T-Shirts, etc. but did not really expect that there would be anything else we would be interested in buying at all, but were pleasantly surprised. We found one item that we liked. The price was near retail, but, when we asked a salesperson, we were able to negotiate a 25% discount. The item was very well wrapped up to avoid breakage. It is a fun place to visit.

This place was amazing! My 10 year olds loved it. There are several levels of activities/exhibitions that encourage fun/play/learning. We paid a bit extra to do a 3D printing workshop where the kids design an item on tinkercad, then get to print it in the printers there. We ended up spending about three hours there. Parking is free in the parking building beside it, if you take your parking ticket into the museum and get it validated.

We’ve visited Las Vegas many times, but never with kids, and this was the first trip that I ever knew that Las Vegas has a Natural History Museum. It’s very easy to get to, just north of the strip. Plenty of parking. Entrance fees are very reasonable.

We went specifically to see the dinosaurs, and that exhibit was amazing. The dinosaurs are so huge, and loud!

The rest of the exhibits were diverse, and great too. Treasures of Egypt, Marine Life Gallery, African Savanna Gallery, International Wildlife Gallery, Wild Nevada Gallery, and the Prehistoric Mammals Gallery were all very interesting.

It’s a great place to spend a couple of hours with kids.

The place inside looks dirty and old...but I love that! I would prefer this downtown casino over strip ones. I played video poker at the bar and the staff was great. Felt more at home at this place than the Strip.

First time back to the Cortez in about 6-7 years. Still a great place to gamble. Plenty of $10 blackjack tables, and they still have a good number of slots & video poker that you can play with actual coins!! Everyone we encountered from the parking lot attendant, to the waitresses, pit bosses, dealers, and cashier employees were very friendly. It is still unfortunate that the occasional derelict would wander into the casino smelling like weed. Even when the security guards would usher them out, the area would still reek for a few minutes afterwards. Other than that, we had a good time & gambled there for a good 2-3 hours or so. Even won a little!

Stopped at this casino 🎰 when we were at the iconic Fremont Street. Worth the experience as some of the games 🎰 allowed gave us playtime!

Great place to stay and play! Seems a bit smaller than some of the other hotel casinos on Fremont Street but in a good way! The services (coffee, lobby, gift shop) are all conveniently located close to the hotel elevators. Nice casino with two floors. A bit noisy in the hotel room late at night because of Fremont Street music but I think If you ask for a quiet room, they would be able to provide a room on the other side of the tower that isn’t right below Fremont Street. Next time I stay there, I would request a quieter room location.

On May 3rd I won a $10,248 jackpot on the Soltice slot machine. It’s my favorite machine and I love to play it at Golden Gate. I come to Vegas once a month and I always frequent the Golden Gate to play slots. I didn’t stay there. After I won the jackpot I got congratulations from many of the employees there. Very nice indeed. I also got a personal visit from the casino host. He congratulated me as well. So one of the slot attendants said a casino host will be coming out to see u. I told him he already came by and congratulated me. That was it. The slot attendant look at me in disbelief as if more should have happened. After thinking about the encounter with the casino host i kinda felt more should have happened. For instance, I just won over $10k, why not invite me to stay the night most notably at Circa? I would have spent more money of my winnings at the Stevens properties. But that wasn’t offered or even a free premium drink. The casino missed an opportunity for me to spend some of my winnings. Instead the Bellagio, got most of it. I played there all night.

It was good to find something like this in Las Vegas. The visitor centre was very informative and lovely and cool. There was one building with exhibits "outside" and I would have found a bit more signage helpful there.

Decent amount of parking, very nice restrooms and deliciously cool water to fill my water bottle - all for $3.

The Fremont is an older casino. Boyd Gaming is currently investing a lot to update and upgrade this facility. The areas completed have high ceilings and modern equipment. When completed, the Fremont should be on par with Circa and Golden Nugget. While I like the feel of the older casinos, an upgrade was needed. If you don't mind the construction, I recommend thr Fremont casino.

This is a casino that has been around for awhile in Vegas. It is a Fremont Staple and since the revitalization of the downtown arts district they have transformed this old beauty into a cool family interactive playground. There is an indoor area that has a few carnival type games to play, a full bar, and an over sized dart board, over sized Connect 4, 2 pool tables and a super chill lounge area. The outside is awesome and I can not wait for the fall to roll around and enjoy it more. There is a life size shuffle board, life size chess game, life size twister, over sized corn hole games, and a spectacular outside seating area. There is also an outside stage that is the platform for local bands. This last July the had a battle of the bands competition that lasted each weekend in July. So come on out enjoy this diamond in the ruff and support some local artists.

I first saw “Vegas Vic” who my family affectionately refer to as “Howdy Partner” in 1981. This is when Fremont street still had cars traveling down it and long before the canopy.

His left arm used to motion (you can see the joint at the elbow) and he would loudly announce “Howdy Partner!” A veteran cashier said it’s rumored that his sound system was turned off because he was startling people (hard to believe on Fremont) or he may have broke. I believe the latter looking at what few neon lights he has working now.

Definitely iconic downtown Vegas and definitely worth a pic or two before he is completely broken and/or removed.

We had a fabulous experience at the chapel. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The photographs are beautiful. The service was the right mix of fun and serious for us. As Elvis fans, being walked down the aisle by Elvis and dancing during the service to some of our favorite Elvis songs made this extra special and entertaining for us and our friends and family who watched the live stream. Bonus that Elvis knew Elvis trivia and dropped it into our conversations outside the service. Highly recommend this fun experience.

My Fiancé and I booked Vegas Weddings online. I spoke to ir consultant Shannon M. Several times, she answered all of my questions and emails timely. They provided guidance and support throughout the process. The terrace gazebo was beautiful and the staff from the coordinators, minister, photographer and limo driver were all excellent. I was nervous to plan such an important even online and far from home. vegas weddings exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day memorable and hassle free!
