The first night we tried to watch the fountains the show was cancelled due to high winds. Honestly i wasn’t surprised- it was very windy and they made the right decision. We went back the next night. The first song/show we watched was Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance. We enjoyed it so much we hung out and waited until the next show and saw Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean. It’s amazing how they synchronize the fountains and music.

Check the website for show times. I believe it was every half hour from 3-8 pm and then every 15 minutes from 8-11 pm. Yes, it’s very crowded. Plan to get there and watch/wait through a song or two. People watch and move on opening up spots you can slip into along the front for unobstructed views.

The flower display was beautiful, however, the crowd of people at 10pm was terrible. It was hard to walk, relax and enjoy the experience.

A visit to Las Vegas is not complete without going to explore the Fremont Street Experience! It's an experience that you don't easily forget. It is something you won't experience in your town. The vibe is unusual, weird, shocking, unique, fun, strange, repulsive, yet entertaining. You have to see it to believe it, more or less. I have been there many times, and it never ceases to amaze me. There is loud music played constantly to add to the atmosphere.

There are street performers galore! They are required to do their "act" within a specified circle, or the police visit them. They are looking for tips. There are males and females scantily dressed and want to take a picture with you. There are live bands, people in costumes, clowns, gorillas, and various other strange outfits. No one bothered us, and we were happy about that.

There are many small restaurants thruout. We ate at Project BBQ. The service was friendly and the food was good! There is no fine dining that we saw.

If you like gambling, there were several casinos. While I didn't gamble this trip, I was very lucky at the Golden Nugget a couple of years ago and came out way ahead. Usually, that doesn't happen.

The main reason that we left the Strip to come here is that my daughter wanted to go on the SlotZilla! I refused to go on it, but I volunteered to take pictures of her on it. She loved it!

As in many large cities in the US, you also need to be aware that there are many homeless people who like to hang out here. We were not bothered by anyone here.

It was fun to be back here. Maybe in a couple of years, I'll come back.

Don't miss the Hoover Dam on your road trip to or from the Grand Canyon. This awe-inspiring structure is a testament to human engineering. A great place to stop for a good view is the Mike O'Callagan Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge Plaza. Lots of parking spaces here, though there's a separate toll to enter the area. Stretch your legs on the short 10min walk to the middle of the viewing bridge overlooking the Dam, snap some photos, and soak up the birds eye views before continuing your adventure. The bridge is even accessible with a huge ramp up to the top, just be prepared that it may be too much for those unsteady on their feet or for those afriad of heights. But we think it's a perfect stop on your journey!

My visit to Venetian Resort in Vegas on summer was filled with the charm of Venice The gondola rides along the canals and the stunning architecture transported me to another world.

The fountains were a highlight especially under the summer sun Inside the casino offered a luxurious retreat with plenty of excitement.

Exploring the Grand Canal Shoppes was a delightful with upscale shops and fantastic dining options the Venetian Resort made my summer trip unforgettable will definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Vegas on Summer!

Visiting the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign was a highlight of our trip Despite the summer heat in June the sign's allure was undeniable There's usually a line for photos but you can also snap pictures from the side As one of Vegas oldest attractions it exudes history and charm of this city We captured some memorable photos and would definitely recommend stopping by to anyone visiting Vegas!!!

This is such a fun spot right off the Strip near the airport! They have dozens of old pinball machines and arcade games, and it really brings nostalgia flooding back, so it’s fun for kids and grown-ups too!

I was glad we brought a spare suitcase on holiday to load up with all the great bargains we picked up whilst shopping here. We found that most shops actually sold items for less than what they were displayed at, only to then get even more discounts at checkout by leaving your email. Saved a fortune on most of our purchases. The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, so I’d recommend downloading the Simon Premium Outlets app from the App Store before you go, as this lets you get even more bargains at some shops, such as Michael Kors. This place is a taxi ride from the stripe, but well worth it. Only improvement for me would be to have more shade to save you for the relentless Vegas sun.

Wonderful Visit to Bellagio Casino The Bellagio Casino impressed us from the moment we arrived with its breathtaking water fountain at the front. Inside we found a huge selection of slot machines and decided to try our luck We were fortunate enough to hit a jackpot! The atmosphere was vibrant the staff were friendly and we had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be returning. I Highly recommended!!

Small place but lots shoved in there. Many great examples of cars and history on the walls. The front has Shelby branded stuff from cups to shirts, stickers to magnets

In less than 1 hour from the strip, you can be in 8000 ft elevation playing in the snow. This is worth the drive just to get away to nature. There is a nice loop that is probably about 30 minutes through the mountains.

Great mall with "normal" pricing. This is like a hometown mall, but the stores have so much more. You can go to all of the regular mall stores here. The prices are good and there are usually sales going on. I currently live in a city without a mall, so this is perfect! I have gone to other Las Vegas "malls", but most have just a few regular type stores and a lot of high end stores that I am reluctant to even step foot inside.
If you just need to buy a top or skirt (or shorts & shirt for a guy) to finish out what you packed, this is the place to go.
