Love the place and all the sightseeing but please be mindful of the heat! Fortunately we visited early morning so make sure you bring water and proper covering for the sun.

We went to this on the Go City pass. The pass was great, but this ride was just ok IMO. Maybe it is better at night when you can see the lights. It was good to get out of the heat, but I felt like it was a bit of a waste.

A visit to Las Vegas is not complete without going to explore the Fremont Street Experience! It's an experience that you don't easily forget. It is something you won't experience in your town. The vibe is unusual, weird, shocking, unique, fun, strange, repulsive, yet entertaining. You have to see it to believe it, more or less. I have been there many times, and it never ceases to amaze me. There is loud music played constantly to add to the atmosphere.

There are street performers galore! They are required to do their "act" within a specified circle, or the police visit them. They are looking for tips. There are males and females scantily dressed and want to take a picture with you. There are live bands, people in costumes, clowns, gorillas, and various other strange outfits. No one bothered us, and we were happy about that.

There are many small restaurants thruout. We ate at Project BBQ. The service was friendly and the food was good! There is no fine dining that we saw.

If you like gambling, there were several casinos. While I didn't gamble this trip, I was very lucky at the Golden Nugget a couple of years ago and came out way ahead. Usually, that doesn't happen.

The main reason that we left the Strip to come here is that my daughter wanted to go on the SlotZilla! I refused to go on it, but I volunteered to take pictures of her on it. She loved it!

As in many large cities in the US, you also need to be aware that there are many homeless people who like to hang out here. We were not bothered by anyone here.

It was fun to be back here. Maybe in a couple of years, I'll come back.

Visiting the Stratosphere Tower was an incredible experience from start to finish Purchasing tickets at the convenient machines downstairs was an stress-free The elevator ride to the top was surprisingly fast whisking us up effortlessly We reached the observation deck quickly and were greeted by breathtaking views especially stunning in the evening The availability of a bar for drinks made it even more enjoyable as we soaked in the sights of the Vegas Strip i Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Las Vegas!!!

We went early evening on a Friday, just as the sun was setting. It wasn't extremely crowded, and the view is amazing. We got to watch the Bellagio fountain show from up top, and someone proposed (she said YES). My teenage kids wanted to go back down as soon as we got up there, but I'm glad they did it. We purchased our tickets ahead, from Vegas.com and saved a few bucks.

In less than 1 hour from the strip, you can be in 8000 ft elevation playing in the snow. This is worth the drive just to get away to nature. There is a nice loop that is probably about 30 minutes through the mountains.

What a great experience! My son and I had a blast. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Dollar for dollar it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas.

This was a fun adventure, once they finally started the tour. We arrived at 1:05 for the 1:00-2:00 check-in. The place didn’t appear over crowded, but we had to wait outside (standing) for 45ish minutes in 113 degree heat (they had misters, but still) and then another 20ish minutes in the tiny vestibule before the tour started. We were not allowed to take in any water and no photos were allowed once inside. There was no water provided except for in the welcoming vestibule & one of the tiny rooms we toured, and only seating in one of the rooms at the beginning of the two hour tour. Beware the funhouse - it was the only cheap shot at fake haunted house horror. The tour guides were highly entertaining. I do recommend, but be prepared for suffering.

Downtown Las Vegas is very different from the glamour and sophistication of The Strip. It is a grittier experience. It can be loud and filled with a younger crowd and you will encounter some interesting characters, but it makes for a fun time and is worth experiencing when in Vegas. Much energy was brought back to Downtown when the Fremont Experience opened. The Fremont East District adjacent is also worth exploring. It is a more laid-back area with bars, restaurants, comedy clubs and music venues. However, Downtown Las Vegas is also considered by many the "real Vegas". More no non-sense than The Strip. Hotels are more affordable, drinks are less expensive and table minimums at the casinos are less than The Strip.

Amazing 3 day NHRA event! It is important to bring sun screen, 64oz insulated water bottle, hat, and jacket because the wind picks up, and it cools down quickly as the shade sets in later in the day. At 66 degrees, you will get a sunburn. The reserved seating area has easy access to rest rooms as well as food and beverage options. There are plenty of golf carts available to take those with mobility issues from the gate to the stands.

It is so impressive outside by the Statue of Liberty and the towers background at the entrance of the Casino imitating New York icons. On the other hand, it is luxurious and joyful from the inside.

I expected the slow check-in and need for more elevators; I gave above average because of the midway and park. Circus Circus could use more employees at front desk.
