    Review of: Borough Farm Sheepdog and Falconry Displays
    A fabulous family evening out!
    The absolute highlight of our trip to North Devon. Despite the cold and blustery evening, we were delighted to catch the final show of the season.
    We smiled from ear to ear from start to finish. A thoroughly enjoyable evening which whizzed by far too quickly!
    A lovely family friendly, COVID secure, activity that we are still talking about more than a week on.

    thai curry on the beach
    enjoyed a thai curry from the barricane beach shack on several evenings, fantastic. choice of meat or vegetable.
    Only served weather permitting and between 5pm and 7pm.

    Review of: Walk - Morte Point Trail
    Beautiful area
    Beautiful area with some fantastic walking. Not bad to get to though It's actually quite challenging walking the path further east. Really picturesque and stunning wonderful scenery. We saw some seals at low and mod tide on some rocks about 500m west of more point.

    Review of: Rockham Bay
    Outstanding landscapes
    The beach is not always accessible due to rock falls etc but the landscape and scenery above and beyond is absolutely stunning. It's quite remote but can be reached from a few points You also may walk past this area if walking the coast path. The paths can be steep and stengerous but the views are outstanding.

    We walked from Damage Barton Campsite to Bull Point Lighthouse and back down to Morthoe for lunch. Lovely walk on a beautiful day

    Great for the kids
    Take time out from the main Woolacombe beach grab some fishing nets, take a picnic and give the kids a treat amongst the rock and rock pools.

    Review of: Woolacombe Surf Centre
    Fab private lesson for hen party
    We booked Woolacombe Surf Centre for a 2 hour private lesson for a hen party. Ray and Oli were great instructors, made the lesson safe but fun. They were able to cater for different abilities, taking people more capable to the bigger waves whilst supporting and giving tips to everyone else. We had all mostly surfed a bit before and they gave us some great tips and encouragement on how to improve. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great morning!! 🏄‍♀️

    Review of: Hunter Surf School
    Best day of the holiday
    Friendly, professional staff. Jaz took my two grandchildren in the water for a surfing lesson, and gave them a super session although both were different abilities. Would definitely book again. Also very helpful when we went back to purchase a winter weight wet suit.

    Review of: Fly Like a Bird
    Incredible experience
    A truly amazing experience. I felt so safe and secure with Sam. He is extremely knowledgable about the area and explained all I needed to know.
    But honestly it was the most gentle extreme experience I have ever had.
    We hovered over a buzzard and it was like stepping into a serene parallel universe in seconds.
    I highly recommend this to anyone.

    Brilliant family fun!
    Fantastic experience! We all loved it - particularly my 11 year old! The peaks at Hele Bay were brilliant. We felt very safe at all times; excellent leaders and the winter wetsuits were a real touch!
