What travellers are saying
- DiverMJupiter, FL576 contributionsWe drove through here on the way to Bryce National Park and it was very beautiful. There were some areas where the road goes through the mountain which made for great pictures.Written 17 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NancyVDover, NH45 contributionsThe Red Canyon Visitor’s Center has everything you need. It has great maps of the area, clean restrooms, water filling stations and 2 excellent rangers. There is a great gift shop with unique gifts( some made in US!). They also sell everything with Smokey the Bear, which we love. The staff is so helpful. Someone did a lot of work with the educational/historical displays. The trails outside the VC are vey easy and get you close up to the hoodoos without the hordes of people in the parks. Highly recommend.Written 26 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- pschellerOdessa, WA67 contributionsWe hiked the Arches Trail. At this elevation and our age we had to stop and rest frequently, but trail was beautiful. Some areas are steep and cautious footing is needed. Stop at visitor center first to get recommendations on trail choice and condition. Wear sturdy shoes, no flip flops.Written 25 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- chasinUpstateNewYorkRomulus, NY639 contributionsExcellent means it did not collapse on me while I was transiting the tunnel. Nice to see the hole in the rock, and fitting considering the proximity to Arches and Natural Bridges.Written 7 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bob FBlackwood, NJ226 contributionsAfter readong the few other reviews, we decided to visit. We tried to find it using the GPS, but no luck. Local person we asked couldn't direct us in either.
We will try again when back on the area.Written 12 October 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The Saturday evening we went, there were several people there, some going to the movie and others eating tamales and tacos. Had a great retro vibe.Written 24 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- patrickp476Highland, UT201 contributionsThis lake is out there, not a lot of services available but scenic and would make for a nice weekend stop. Fishing can be good too!Written 8 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- esm_10Nairobi, Kenya2 contributionsI first visited Bryce Canyon Trading in 2011 on my first trip to Bryce and the turquoise jewelry they had was on another level. In my return trips I have stopped by again, and i wear their jewelry almost daily. This past fall I got back in touch with Barbara as a few stones had fallen out of my (now 9 year old) ring. She repaired it swiftly, beautifully, and free of charge. I am so grateful. Barbara and her shop are magic. Stop on in!Written 11 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Kgershman10 contributionsDave provided an outstanding experience riding Unguided trails in the backcountry. He provides detailed maps and guidance for a ride that matched our skill and comfort. We are experienced riders and our ride was exhilarating, yet doable. His knowledge and professionalism was top notch. Our 4 hour/half day ride didn’t start until he completed all paperwork, instruction and brought us to the trailhead. So 4 solid hours of trail riding! Must do! We will be back!Written 18 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
