- BernieCanada362 contributionsShopping in the US is our family’s routine every now and then. I loved passing by the historical Peace Arch with its gorgeous garden crossing the border. It’s a beautiful monument situated between the communities of Blaine, Washington and Surrey, British Columbia.Written 9 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Liz WPlano, TX15 contributionsGreat ferry to the islands. Enjoyed the trip. On time. Had a couple of drinks in the ferry. Enjoying. And a first time for me- driving a car on a ferryWritten 12 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - H Paul4 contributionsExcellent park, kids had amazing time in the park. Calm serene and good for kayaking and other activities.Written 7 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TiggersFarmUtOcean Shores, WA96 contributionsBlane Marine Park is well kept up, with walking trails along the ocean. You can see the Peace Arch from the park. It has a great kids' playground and restrooms. If you keep walking to the end of the road beyond the park past the warehouses that purchase crabs, there is a large public dock. Parking at the Blaine Marine Park is Free.Written 21 April 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- WrldtrvlersnhntrsMinot, ND211 contributionsWe recently traveled from North Dakota to Blaine for the WAC tournament that our daughter played in. I went reluctantly as it was as cold or colder in Blaine than Minot and we left so glad that we played at this course. The staff was so helpful and courteous, the food was delicious and most importantly the members of the course were so proud to be hosts. The WAC leadership also ran a good tournament. We will be going back again. Thank you for the great job. GregWritten 27 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TheBeav19Seattle, WA87 contributionsThis “rare and special place where forested wetland meets the marine shoreline”. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3/4 mile walk thru tidelands.Written 12 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - alexbranMount Vernon, WA43 contributionsWe came for summer slide night. It was 88 degrees so understandably busy. I wish they’d allow people to buy online to move the line faster as we missed 20 min of slide time due to the long line to get in (we arrived at 630). The line was also queuing into a main road with barely any shoulder. Management should have managed the line better and had it switch back into the parking lot. Very unsafe. The park itself hasn’t been updated at all in at least 15 years. Lots of rust, worn down items. The saving grace is my kids have fun and it is safe overall. Their smiles are worth it. But I really wish they’d put a little effort into the place because it has a lot of potentialWritten 29 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kathy KDeming15 contributionsA cousin was visiting from Mesa AZ and wanted to see Birch Bay again (had done so as a child). Much had changed and the tide was way out. Still, a perfect day. She just sat and smelled the smells and listened to the water. A light breeze made the sunshine perfect.Written 30 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sunshine MCastro Valley, CA216 contributionsAs always I try to find the nearest place of worship for my weekly duty. From the outside it appears to be bigger than when you go inside. This was a very rich looking church done in wood. Very small, yet didn't stop the the participation. What I noticed was that the church on the inside resembled Noah's Ark upside down. I felt comfortable attending with the locals.Written 8 November 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- letstugolf&hike5 contributionsExcellent golf course and range. Only complaint is the course has turned into a goose ranch. The Canadian geese or in about 5 different groups of 15-20 geese. There is a lot of poop on fairways and t boxes. The geese need to be culled.Written 21 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
