We went to B Bar and Grill for dinner and liked the outdoor seating area. The menu offers standard American fare with options for vegetarians.

Really nice bar to hangout / social meet-up. Great beer and Irish whiskey selection. One of the best Irish Coffee I have had outside of Dublin

Good times for a decent price. You can get tickets last minute rather inexpensive and they do a nice job. It’s funny improv. About an hour so it’s not real long which is nice if you want a little fun laugh

Last year we were invited to attend a performance in this funky, underground space. We had no idea this place existed. We saw an excellent, avant garde performance by two young, super- talented performers. Thomas Nickell, a classically trained internationally acclaimed pianist ( Carnegie Hall, etc) and his partner and fellow composer, a female percussionist by the name of Fiona Stocks-Lyons. She killed it on those drums! (Move over Clyde Stubblefield)! They were doing some original music, and it was great to discover new artists in a professional hall that was also really intimate. I just noticed that these two performers are going to be back at SubCulture on November 13th to perform original ballet music. We're definitely going! These two might be the next White Stripes with a little Glenn Gould and Keith Moon on the side. They're also both really attractive, so that just adds to their unique vibe and style. You should definitely check them and this space out!

Walking around town yesterday afternoon and decided to stop in to have a drink. The place had a small crowd with people coming and going. I liked the fact that it was dog friendly. The drinks are quite good and reasonably priced. We sat and had some good conversation over a drink and then went back out into the neighborhood. Enjoyed the break, the drink, and the conversation. I would go back with interest in trying another one of their drinks.

I happened upon this place only because a friend was doing a poetry reading, but I'd definitely go again.
It's a comfortable, well-lit space, was well air conditioned on a hot night, and had a bar (also plenty of water for the non-imbibers).

Checks all the boxes. Cant really go wrong. Had no problem finding the first bar, which was really cool. Great people. Great bars. Great fun. Enjoyed discovering the different parts of the lower east side nightlife. All in all a good deal.

Beautiful brick walls, and wood beams add to the ambiance of Puck Fair. A wide variety of draught make this a great choice for beer drinkers. Great music and friendly bartenders made me feel welcome as a first timer.

Great bar in downtown Manhattan. Drink with the locals. Its a no frills kind of bar that has a soul ! More New York than Manhattan ! Very good prices - a pint of draught Bud for just $5 ! Efficent and friendly service.

The food was poor, service dreadful and the owner seemed to be having emotional problems the night we were there, laughing, yelling, crying loudly at the bar. Very strange experience. Underdone meat, overdone pasta, warm cocktails, food took ages to come out. A large place but empty on a friday night... should have been a tip off. Don't bother.

Went there this evening and were refused a drink on the basis we didn't have ID - although as we are both 40's this was clearly a means of refusing us service presumably based on us not fitting the image. Hard to imagine what the image is when the bar is devoid of customers but I can only assume that this is for NY elitists.

Very rude table staff, treated with disdain and spoken to unprofessionally. This place is in a great location, but many better choices nearby. Avoid.
