- Tom JLondon, UK1,437 contributionsNice little market located on lower level of grand central terminal.
They have lots of fresh food on offer. Meat fish cheese pasta herbs and spices, and also chocolates. Even if you just want to go and have a look and walk through the smell from the herbs and spices area is very nice.Written 23 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We came through here on a Saturday and it was very busy. Worth a visit if your visiting the union square park anyway.Written 25 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 819andreayBoca Raton, FL144 contributionsA nice market on the lower East side.
On the corner of Delancy & Essex you can get there via the F train to Delancy and then is a short walk across the street.
High quality food vendors and plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. A nice grocery store and specialty shops. Fresh fruit, veggies, fish, spices and gourmet cheese. All small businesses under one roof.
Stop by the Soup ladies booth - Peasant Stock is great. All soups are homemade so are the breads and baked goods. Everything is super fresh and organic. Everyday has different specials and the chowder I had was amazing and it came with delicious hot bread.Written 18 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
