Martin is a great guide, as he is very knowledgeable and has lived in NYC his entire life. The entire tour was amazing got to see and hear about NYC. Only thing is that some parts felt a bit rushed, but nothing too serious. Overall a great tour.

We had a terrific tour of Manhattan with our excellent tour guide, Chris Lee. He was knowledgeable, funny, and kept us moving along without ever feeling like we were rushed. The tour itself hit all the key highpoints for a visitor, and there was plenty of time to take an extra look at points of interest with ample stops and comfort breaks.

This is a great way to get your bearings and see all the ‘must see’ places.

I’ve used Big Bus hop on hop off in several cities and its usefulness is great. Especially in New York where there’s a distance between attractions and tourist places (midtown to downtown).

We caught the bus at stop 2 and did a full loop listening to the commentary and learning some cool stuff before starting the ‘hop on hop off’ facility on our second go round. We used the first go around to decide where we wanted to get off and visit.

It was better when previously there was live commentary and so each time you got on a bus, you’d find different things out as different tour guides mentioned different things, but I understand that a benefit of going to an audio tour is that you can cater for different languages.

Really great way to see the city and all it has to offer.

This is a must if you are in NYC and have never seen the Niagara Falls. Well worth the 5 hour drive there and 5 hours back. You will stop briefly for breakfast going and dinner returning on your own. There are usb ports on the bus for your phone. Definitely get the boat tickets. Ponchos included in the price.

The guide was so energetic and funny! Clips shown during the tour are carefylly curated and very useful to remember where the sites have been seen previously.

I went on a tour with my mom on May 16. It was our first time in NYC and the first tour we took after arriving. We enjoyed it a lot. The six-hour bus tour around the city, with several stopovers to take in the views and snap photos, was well worth it. My mom is elderly, so not having to walk long distances was exactly what she needed. On top of that, our guide, Ray, was amazing. He shared fun facts while on the bus and made jokes to keep the atmosphere lively. He was enthusiastic throughout the entire trip. Many thanks to him and our driver for that day, Mark. I'm attaching the group photo that Ray took.

Early start. Our guide was knowledgable and helpful. Visited lots of sites including the white house. No wifi on the bus as promised which was disappointing. Very long day but worth it.

This tour was well worth it. A little girls trip and being able to explore the best parts of New York City was all we could have asked for. We got to eat at a delicious Italian restaurant in little Italy and stop at a couple souvenir shops to bring home some gifts on top of everything else. Definitely an experience I was happy to have planned. Highly recommend!

So only thing was the guys trying to bug you to buy tickets all the time and say its only 19 dollars then to find out they add 10 dollars on top of the price 😆. So we done the night tour which left at times square you book your time we 20:30 it's a 90 minute trip around new york and across the bridge. I can't fault it it surprise me really enough it. Especially at night yes it was cold but what to expect in February. It was a non stop by the way no you can't hop on and off which I thought was a good idea for a night special. The lady doing the chatting on the mic was really down to eath explaining everything to us and telling us history of the city I didn't know, because we sat at top right at the back she always made sure we was ok due to it being cold.

For everyone's information and to avoid the confusion we encountered, there is no one from "Gray Line" on the street trying to sell you tickets. However, although we felt like we were being scammed by the Big Bus people, apparently, they are the same for this. Bus was fine, but we opted to do the entire loop in the morning to get the lay of the land, and then were made to get off the bus ahead of M & M world and had to walk a block and get in line (a long line) to get on a different bus (we only did the downtown loop). Also the ticket to the One World Tower was not provided to us and we were told we could just go there, however had to way to access a ticket there and had to go to customer service to get it sorted out. Thankfully the girl there was on the ball and took care of us. However she told us that we were supposed to be given a pink ticket by the Big Bus staff for entry to One World. We were not. I did this tour years ago and felt that time was a better experience overall. Still a good way to get the lay of the land, but it could have been smoother.
