We loved the park so much we went twice in four days. We ate bagels for breakfast in the park and started our hectic days the right way!
Avoid the sellers apart from the fruit that’s yummy! Plenty of toilets dotted about and live musicians also around the park.

We walked the High Line and took a whole afternoon to soak up the city centre tranquility and green-ness. Elevated above the traffic and at eye-level with residents' window-boxes, balcony gardens make the High Line a fascinating and almost surreal experience. The setting instills a sense of calm and quiet with most if not all people speaking quietly and calmly as if in a holy place. If you're up for a relaxing walk and want to take the pace off your time in NYC , the High Line is to be recommended.

Broadway is the busy thoroughfare that cuts diagonally through Midtown Manhattan passing through Times Square, Herald Square at Macy's and near the Empire State Building and ends at Union Square after passing by the much-photographed Flatiron Building. However, in truth, Broadway describes New York's theater district as many of the best-known theaters in town are located on or near the street. Taking in a Broadway show is a must-do experience when visiting NYC.

Walking over the iconic Brooklyn Bridge is something every visitor to NYC should do. The bridge itself seems to exude the confidence of NYC - even in the rain. Walking north - south means you're pretty soon in Dumbo which itself is worth the visit, so if you're travelling to Dumbo, give yourself a treat and walk the bridge/

It really is a great piece of architecture. I just wanted to see inside and was not disappointed but happily surprised that there was a lovely food market in there too and my partner was veryhappy to see the apple store upstairs where he could do the apple vision Pro trial so a win for both of us 😂

The Manhattan Skyline is a very impressive view and reminds me of when New York features in films and tv shows. It was great seeing this view for free from the Staten Island Ferry.

Good historical detail Claire was able to answer all my questions and keep it interesting but I HATE Trip Advisor for “requiring” more characters than I need!

We stopped by this park when another event did not work out. We were greeting by a beautiful fountain that looks like a bouquet. We could have browsed around several stalls and eaten at the park as well. Good location right next to the subway.

Interesting exhibits in the free Polanski Exhibition including Charles Dickens writing desk and chair, The Guttenburg Bible and i was particularly pleased to see Adam Smith's On the a wealth of Nations first edition. The architecture inside and out the library is beautiful. There are other exhibited such as art and an arctic photography exhibition.

I’m not a religious person but I like visiting cathedrals/ old churches as I find the architecture and history quite interesting. There’s almost always a quiet calm about them which offers respite from the craziness of a city!

St Patrick’s is free to enter and has a bag check which is quick and simple.

It’s a beautiful place inside and out and worth a visit.

Great place to visit, but Saturday may be the wrong time because it was simply packed with people. Hard to get a spot to eat. So much choice, great atmosphere , well worth a visit. Just pick a better time to go.!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, I had lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. This was truly a place where you didn't need to leave the hotel.
