We were so lucky to book our 7 days safari to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro espacially with Halisi African Adventures.
Our driver Johnson was an experienced guide\driver and a pleasure to be with. He knew where to find the animals and was so knowledgeable about them and the areas we were in. He wanted us to have the best experience and see it all!
Our lodgings were more than we expected…beautiful even in the mobile tents! Lions roaring outside the Serengeti Kati Kati Camp WOW!! Everything ran smoothly, had a great group in our vehicle. Food was good and lots of it. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Got to pick our own lunch items after the first day.
We saw the big 5 and so many more up close!
we highly recommend Halisi African Adventures to everyone! Once again, thank you for everything!

We did 13 days hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro Marangu Route & Lodge Safari with Taste of Afrika. The company provided all our wishes, answered all our questions before we started and managed to give us an unforgettable experience.
Moses was our safari guide and we were very happy with him. He is from Arusha and gave us a lot of information about Tanzania, the Animals, the Tribes, Food and etc. The tour was very professionally, well organized and we felt very well looked after! Thank you very much Seka and the whole Team.

My wife and I booked our honeymoon through Nyika and it was amazing!! Admittedly it was over 6 months ago and I've just been really slow to write a review.

I was put in contact with Mr Musangi, who owns Nyika, under recommendation from somebody who had used Nyika in the past. Right from the very first e-mail Mr Musangi was quick to respond and did all he could to accommodate our needs. In fact he was very patient as I made many tweaks to the itinerary so we could have the perfect honeymoon. Everything about our trip was made very clear to us. We settled on a week on safari visiting four national parks (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti), followed by a week relaxing in luxury in Zanzibar. We couldn't have built the itinerary ourselves, and it would have been extremely expensive if we had done it through a UK travel operator.

On our arrival to Tanzania we were picked up at the airport by our guide Goodluck, subsequently told us that we would be the only couple on our safari and that Mr Musangi had wanted to do something special so had given us a large safari jeep all to ourselves (they're big enough for 6 people). This seemed like Goodluck indeed.

Goodluck was a phenomenal guide with a lifetime of experience and it showed. He knew the various parks inside out, and his popularity among the other guides was clear to see. Goodluck was incredibly attentive to our needs. Rather than a morning drive followed by an evening drive as the typical daily agenda, he was more than happy to grab a packed lunch, head out in the morning, and not return until the sun was going down in the evening. We did this pretty much every day! This might not be everyone's cup of tea but it was definitely ours, and that meant we got to travel further in to the parks, see more areas that weren't overrun with other safari vehicles, and have a much better experience as a result. If we return to Tanzania on safari there is only one person I would want as a guide.

At the end of our safari Mr Musangi came to meet us in our hotel, check to see that we had enjoyed our trip, and gave us some coffee to take home as a parting gift. Nice touch and good coffee.

The final leg of our journey took us to Zanzibar where we were greeted by Ali Baba and Nowshat (excuse spelling). Ali Baba and Nowshat looked after us in Zanzibar City, showing us the main spots of interest before ensuring we were taken to our final accommodation for a week of luxury.

I felt we stayed in some amazing accommodation without paying excessive money for it. In other words it was excellent value for money. In fact one of the lodges we stayed in on Safari (Kilimamoja Manyara Lodge) was possibly the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. Even if you can only build it in to your trip for a single night I'd recommend it.

Overall a stunning trip made possible by the team at Nyika.

Post Serengeti and Ngorongoro, I initially found Tarangire is a bit of letdown but that's normal after being wowed by Serengeti beauty. However, to my own chagrin, our only game drive in Tarangire finally enabled us to see three cheetahs out in the wild (thanks to our guide Anthony of Safarihub) who was very patience in tracking those hard to spot animals (we failed to spot any in Serengeti). We also encountered another male lion and a female in the park so overall it is still a very meaningful trip.

Me and my girlfriend booked a very last minute private migration safari with East Safaris. Emanuel was extremely helpful from the outset, providing a customized itinerary on short notice and allowing us to pay via a bank transfer.
The camps booked by East Safaris were absolutely stunning, excellent food and service, and very reasonably priced compared to all the other quotes we received.
The safari itself was everything we had hoped for. We spent 4 night in Serengeti following the migration in north Serengeti, we where verry luck to see all the actions between predators(lion) and wildebeest, mara river crossing was extremely unforgetable experience to watch.
Our driver Fadhil was a total gem. Very friendly, happy to adjust the itinerary to whatever times.
If booking safari with East Safaris I highly recommend requesting Fadhil.
Thanks again to Emanuel and his team for unforgetable first Safari experience!
    We will come bak again.
