What travellers are saying
- Susan HTacoma, WA2,338 contributionsWe rode the tram up for both the view and the restaurant to celebrate my 60th birthday! It was a great experience! The young men running the tram, now I sound old (lol), were very friendly and knowledgeable! Each time we came to a tower, they gave us a heads up about the movement of the tram car keeping everyone feeling safe. We had to come down a bit early due to the winds picking up, but again the operators were calm and told us everything to expect on our ride down with wind gusts. Great experience and great employees!Written 27 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- 2121hkMadison, WI9 contributionsGreat experience! There is so much to learn and see in the museum and the staff are so welcoming. Highly recommend planning your trip so you can see the dances as well!Written 14 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Lana GAuburn11 contributionsWell done museum with interesting history sections. The pottery display was awesome. Learned a lot about the life and times of the pueblos. We were fortunate to see some dancing.Written 11 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- KateSHot Springs, Arkansas, United States4,009 contributionsThis National Monument is a bit odd, as there are 4 different areas; the Visitor Center is set apart from each of the 3 separate trails. We hiked 2 of the 3 & did the Visitor Center. A completely wonderful experience. We learned so much while there! Word to the wise, take twice as much water as you think you need & don't count on the availability of water on site. In my opinion, this is a "must do" when anywhere near Albuquerque.Written 13 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Alberta SWashington DC, DC771 contributionsOur second visit was even better than the first! Come before dawn to see them firing up the balloons is a spectacle not to be missed. The lift offs make you cheer.
Then come back at night got the glows. Just so special. A little kids dream- and no adult should miss it eitherWritten 11 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Sue THenderson, NV44 contributionsI've been to Santa Fe old town plaza and now Albuquerque old Town. I think I like Albuquerque Old town a lot better due to it having a more quaint and quieter feel than Santa Fe, along with really friendly local people. We attended Sunday morning mass at the plaza's Catholic church (St Felipe De Neri). What a beautiful church, and the greeters were wonderful! So great to have a local flavor and meet new people. We found parking on the street near the plaza (free for 2 hours) and walked the shops. Got a beer at Downshift Tap room (sit upstairs and people watch) and ate lunch at the High Noon Saloon (very yummy). We wanted to take the trolley tour but it wasn't operating. It is fun to walk the plaza and learn the area's history. The only negative is they have many restaurants not operating, so you may have to wait at the ones that are open. Nice park (Tiguex park) near Old Town where we brought a picnic lunch on another day.Written 16 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Lori C1 contributionI am a native here and love our zoo! I went recently with my son to see the new penguin exhibit. It is awesome and the penguins seem so happy 😁 my only suggestion is that there was a lot of construction and many animals were off display at this time. I feel like people should be told of this before they purchase tickets for the dayWritten 15 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- K PastoreHinsdale, IL666 contributionsIn a desert setting it was nice to find an area to walk that was green and lush. There is a path all around and it connects to the Rio Grande Trail.
