What a fantastic way to spend the day exploring the sights and attractions of Penang. Our tour guide and driver Mr Eng was absolutely fabulous . He was very informative , helpful and our personal
photographer taking photos for us on our phone. Eng made our day more pleasurable because he was such a great guy with a good sense of humour. Thank you Eng for a memorable day. 🙏👍😊

Very interesting trip. Good guide, who told interesting things about the village life andthe country and its inhabitants. Very well organised; I was picked up from my temporary home. Careful driver. The bikes we used were ordinary bikes, like locals. So don't expect flashy e-bikes. Terrain was flat, so easy to do. Anyone cando it. we got free coffee and ice cream. I felt very well taken care of. Excellent job!

If you want to catch the entirety of Penang in one day, this is a great way to do it. Picked up from our hotel and on to each of the major sites and temples throughout the island plus a very fine lunch back in the city, we could not have planned a more efficient day of seeing everything… Considering the tour was eight hours of chauffeured and guided touring, this is a good value for the money. Ong made sure we were well taken care of with all of our logistics plus added in a nice amount of perspective and history along the way.

Lots of interesting and tasty food. Little walking as we were transported by van which was nice. The guide certainly knew her stuff.

Fantastic tour! Food is culture and history. This tour delivers much more than just a full stomach- although we certainly had that. We were happy we chose the evening tour not only because it is cooler in the evening to walk around, but it was interesting to watch the streets change from the busy traffic of tourists and businesses to the locals coming out to visit, eat and go about their lives. We all felt it was the best tour we had taken out of many. Brandon did an amazing job.

My first time in Penang and CE, my tour guide was very friendly and I learned a lot from her. I particularly love the Penang hill, the street arts as well as the Kek Lol Si and green mansion. It was a relaxing and fund day with CE.

We had a really good day with Simon and Amy. Simon gave us a good insight into Nyonya history and culture and Amy guided us through a cooking lesson.
With her help we made 4 lovely dishes which were different to anything we have tasted before. Great fun with lovely people

My family and I visited Penang in December 2023 and were excited to visit George Town. We received a pre arranged tour which was good, but felt that it was rushed with little history shared. We booked this tour with KS Lee ourselves and we really were not disappointed. Lee collected us from our hotel in his luxury van and drove us between sites. He used prepared materials to help us understand the history of Penang and took us to see amazing temples and historic sites. He was able to tell us the history in detail, allowing us to be totally immersed like we had travelled back in time.
Lee showed us the Pinang Peranakan Mansion where we learnt about the lifestyles of the rich and famous and the fantastic history of the Baba Noyan. He was able to answer our questions and help us understand the history of the house the inhabitants.
Next, Lee showed us the the Khoo Kongsi clan house - it was beautiful and Lee knew all the best parts to point out. We were able to live like the people that stayed here many years ago and understand how the house was so important to the migrants who arrived in Penang.
Lee then drove us to the Chew Jetties - we were really excited to visit these houses on stilts. Lee knew where to park, allowing us quick access to the jetties. He told us about the history and even showed us where the families still live here. I will remember this stop for the rest of my life - a truly amazing experience.
Next stop was the Dhammikarama Burmese Temple - with the reclining Buddha. Once again, Lee told us the history in easy to understand style and answered all our questions. A truly amazing stop.
Lastly, Lee took us to Little India and showed us all the glorious street artwork and amazingly restored buildings.

We felt like we had seen all the important sites in George town and came away understanding the history of the amazing place.

Lee is a fantastic guide. He is freindly and explains history in easy to understand style. We loved our time with Lee and were sad that the tour had ended.

I can fully recommend this tour to anyone visiting George town. You will not regret it.

Our complete thanks to Lee for making our trip to George town memorable.

Interesting tour with excellent tour guide.
Entopia Butterfly Farm was most enjoyable and arriving early in the day was great as we missed the crowds which we building as we left.
The Tropical Spice Garden not so exciting.
The tour was worthwhile just to get out of Georgetown and see other parts of the Island.

We were told the tours were fully booked the first time we tried to visit but we're able to book for a tour two days later!

Totally worth the wait and our tour guide Ms Terry was fabulous.

Although you don't get to explore a huge amount of the full building as much of it as used as a hotel today, time seem to pass so quickly as the tour was so informative and interesting.

Would highly recommend booking this tour in advance to avoid disappointment!

This was a fantastic food tour and James made the whole experience fun and informative. There was so much amazing food along the route that it was hard to pace myself. James was happy to adapt the course to cater to our wishes which made it feel far more personal than other food tours I have been on. He even gave me an additional street art tour at the end which was most gratefully received.
