Fun thing to do in Penang and great views at the top not too expensive either - nothing much else to say about it as just like any other

EngSeong was very knowledgeable and accommodated all our complicated requests without any issues (we were staying about 1 hour away from Penang and he picked us up and dropped without any issues). Even though the time was limited, we still managed to see a lot of Penang in just one day! Would definitely recommend!

Mark is an excellent host providing us with a fun and informative tour around Georgetown visiting lots of interesting places and sampling various foods along the way. The food was plentiful and tasty and Mark took time to explain what we were eating. We certainly appreciated trying foods we wouldn't normally have attempted to order and it was all delicious. Mark also went above and beyond and gave us recommendations for restaurants in Georgetown and also the next stop along our trip. Thanks Mark we had a great time. Sharon and Richard.

Went there after the lockdown has been lifted. On weekdays, still crowded but with less volume compare to weekend time. The ticket purchase have 2 option, normal lane and fast lane. Waiting for your train could take time and will be call to board by trip number. Train experience nice, after reach the upper station there are few attraction places but we just went for buggy ride and went to kopi hutan. For buggy ride there is queue near the earthquake typhoon booth, the queue could be long. Overall, satisfied.

Tony, our guide was prompt and reliable. We'd been in Penang a few days and so he was able to customise the tour to suit our purposes and take us to the places we hadn't seen yet. We really enjoyed seeing Fort Cornwallis, Chew Jetty, Entopia, and hearing about all the different aspects that Penang had to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and recommend it.

I always looking for the highest place in the city that I visited. Enjoying a beautiful view from the top and challenge your self to look down from the glass floor under your feet. What an amazing experience. You will see a short story about the building and enjoying outdoor view afterward.

Vincent our driver/guide tailored the tour to our specific requirements. He was very knowledgeable and good company. We decided only to look at places in Georgetown which is a really interesting place

My partner and I decided to book a tour for the day, we wanted something that included a few destinations. Unfortunately we chose this one. We got the feeling that was way too expensive for what it was worth as no one else was on the tour. The tour guide was a lovely man who told us about the local area, which was great however we didn’t really have enough time to visit all the places on the list. At one point he asked us to pay for the temple when it specifically states it’s included. We had to show him the fine print and then he called someone. It was a bit strange. Over all it was a mistake to book this very expensive tour when you can just do it yourself using the app grab to get around the area.

First, the good side. The tour carefully select the places we are going to visit. There are two more Buddhist temples, besides Kek Lok Si, to visit in the tour. One is a Thai styl tmeple. The other Burma style . But Kek Lok Si is the main one and rightly so.You do need a car to go up to the main temple. This is a plus. Then we visited The Chew pier before we visit the other main site, the Khoo Kongsi. This sis a lavish community hall of the Khoo clan and is very worth visiting. The guide , Ah Shing, explained reasonably well and is also quite attentive to our need, eg he would start the car earlier so that it is cool down a bit in this hot weather.Howeer, there are four things that the tour need to improve. First, it should arrange a brief lunch. It is unreasonable to expect one could last from 10am to 3 pm without eating something. Second, a bottle of water should bee provided . Simple thing, I know. But it is not done.Third. Given the importance of Buddhism in the local history, I feel the guide do not know enough in this area. Fourth, the wall painting sites are all passed by without opportunity to take photos.

Muhommed was a very knowledgable tour guide and knew where to park to avoid too much queuing or walking. Just one star lost as Mohammed took us to an Indian restaurant where the food was delicious but quite expensive for lunch . Overall though a very enjoyable day.

Very informative and my guide was lovely. A great way to see George Town at night and experience the local food.
