Was a great museum for all ages. The displays were very well kept and gave a great view of the history of Penang’s using teddy bears. Well worth a visit. Great value

In this museum, they display variety of Malaysian food. So it very attract the foreign tourist to try all of the food by promoting them in the museum. It looks really tasty though and looks real.

Excellent example of a Kongsi but very crowded with tour groups. You have to maneuver your way around them to get a view of the area. I visited in the morning when the sun was behind the building, difficult to get a good view of the roof figures.

Came to Penang a couple of times but never heard about this place before, so decided to give it a try. This is one of the Penang’s hidden gems. I was greeted by a lovely lady Elaine, my tour guide, who brought me back to the history of music in Penang. The whole tour took around 2 hours, but you will never feel the time passed, as they emphasize on engaging your senses. You are encourage to touch, feels and listen to the instruments. Had a blast here and hopefully more people can discover this place too. Please make an appointment at 012-416 1550 before drop by as they are following a strict SOP due to covid.

The artwork pieces include sculptures and illusion paintings. All the pieces featured at the museum are locally made, which is one of the unique aspects that Penang 3D Trick Art Museum is proud to share. The price is affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Only looks good in the brochure. The place like a warehouse. The price is too expensive for this museum, for foreigner 39 rm adult and kids 29 rm. Not attractive and worst place to go.

Lots of cool cameras, whole range of history here. Worth a short hour or long 45 minutes walking through.

Been here with my good secondary school friends. This place is suitable to visit during night as the lights will make the surrounding look very beautiful.

Perplexing ghost museum containing Malay culture ghosts, chinese yet missing Indian cultural ghosts. But having import ghosts from Japan, western Dracula and Egyptian.. Don't our own cultural aplenty of ghosts? I got tongue tied being asked by teen kids.

Follow the tunnel for a well presented overview on Penang history, before engaging in the fun photography part. Be sure your mobile is charged!

We've been several times, this is a lot of fun for children and accomodates a wide variety of ages. The additional precautions due to the pandemic are a bit of a pain but completely neccesary. The staff on hand around the exhibit are generally very good and multilingual.

It's not on the same level as Petrosciens in KL but for a Penang attraction this is really rather good.

I went to St George's Anglican Church which was unfortunately closed for maintenance. So I dropped by its Heritage Centre and its staff recommended visiting this Catholic Museum which was nearby.

The Roman Catholic Penang Diocesan museum is on the same premises as the oldest Catholic church - the Church of the Assumption. The museum presents the history of the Church's missionary activities and the spread of Christianity in the region. There are also interesting artefacts and memorabilia of the Diocese. I was also pleasantly surprised by an art gallery of a Father Reutens' (hope the spelling is correct) art pieces.

All in all, a worthwhile visit!
