I’ve been in the summer and it was spectacular as well. Next time, fall and all the mums and pumpkins!Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- GypsyStallionOmaha, NE1 contributionI have made a point to visit the various architectural towers (Seattle Space Needle, Tower of the Americas….) and my visit to reunion tower did not disappoint. Especially visually engaging at sunset as the city skyline becomes contrasted.Written 8 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Trippin with DustyEdina, MN43 contributionsThis is an excellent science museum. It has many interactive exhibits, which kids seemed to especially love. The T-Rex exhibit was really cool. First time I've seen a T-Rex model with hair. This is well worth the visit and the cost.Written 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TrailTrekker15Tallahassee, FL3,971 contributionsMy wife and I had a couple of hours before heading to the airport for our flight. We decided to visit the Dallas Art Museum. The main exhibits were free though there is a parking fee of $20. We enjoyed the Americas exhibit the most. The Greco-Roman and Egyptian collections were much less robust than the northeastern museums but had a nice cross section of various types of art. Overall, it was a good museum and we enjoyed our time.Written 16 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HighExpectationsSouth Dakota144 contributionsThis is an excellent museum. It provides an overview of the eight-year Bush presidency including major events during that time as well as some history of the Bush family. On display in the entry hall are gifts from other countries that were given to the Bushes, or members of the Bush administration, and there is a nice gift shop, as well. There is one display area that seemingly features a changing display; it was focused on the history and meaning of freedom while we were there.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Margie BWest Lafayette, IN4 contributionsIt was a sensory experience that makes you feel like you are in a rainforest. We really enjoyed the tunnels with surprises around every turn! - traveler7440Rapid City, SD37 contributionsHaving studied the Kennedy assassination in detail over the years it was fascinating to actually visit the site and Sixth Floor Museum. One striking fact was that it was much smaller than photos and videos seem to indicate. The fatal third shot by Oswald, who acted alone without question, was a straight away shot of less than a hundred yards. With his four power scope it would seem like 70 feet or so and slightly down and straight ahead. No one would pick a loser like Oswald to be any part of a conspiracy. He couldn't succeed at anything until he killed Kennedy.Written 23 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lorenzo Buttram HubbardDallas, TX13 contributionsWith family, friends or alone, White Rock Lake is the perfect place to pass the time. Living on White Rock Lake, my fur babies and I enjoy evening walks around the lake as we take in the sights. On any given day the well kept grounds and natural wind life, host picnickers, boaters, bikers, runners, walkers, marriage proposals, photographers, art lovers, relaxers and a roster of other lake enjoyers. There are several entrances to the lake grounds, including to the dog park; good idea to scope out your perfect entrance before arriving. Parking is only an issue during the holidays and special events, but look out for the bikers while taking your stroll, because they share a path with others. Give a wave when you see us, my babies love that! Xoxo LorenzoWritten 7 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
