A 3 hour check in with random flags that literally nobody understood. I took 4 covid tests (negative) that kept getting medically flagged. Again 3 hours to find 1 person with intelligence to walk us thru and override the “system” It’s 8pm first night and they lost our luggage. Toddler toys, clothes toiletries and medication. The response “go buy what you need at the gift shop” Dining room the one place that should be ok, nope. Give 3 people a table for 2. We can’t move you so the toddler should sit in your lap. WTF! Ok an hour later we get a larger table (dining room is half empty) waiter Vaibon promptly forgets we exist and it takes repeated requests to every staff member walking by to get chicken nuggets for my son. Adults ? Get bent it seems we ain’t eating. Maitre D Robert apologizes and walks away. Guess he doesn’t get paid to care. Guest services ? A 2 hour wait just to get room keys. Oh the lost bag we aren’t responsible you shouldn’t have checked it. Again WTF. I can’t wait to see what nonsense day 2 brings

This is my 2nd cruise with Carnival. I thoroughly enjoyed it again. I was on the more updated Carnival Dream in 2017 - fabulous! Dream wasn’t available on our chosen route this time but Conquest was. Conquest is an older ship with less amenities but I still had a great time. Food, staff, entertainment etc all great.

Our whole family went on this cruise. Some members had cruised before, but it was my family's first time. Lots for kids to do with both a teen club and kids club. So many choices of food including a few 24 hour options! Kids pool was busy. Kids enjoyed the water slide and mini putt. Husband was impressed by the gym. Great variety of excursions. Food in the buffet was just ok. Food in the sit down restaurant was really good and we often got Buhdi the singing waiter! We had a special event and went to the steakhouse to celebrate, it was fantastic and well worth the extra cost. We saw a few of the shows and they were good. Our only complaint would be the waiting! You are told to be at a certain place at a certain time for excursions and then you wait, when you finally get ti go to the tender boats, you wait to get on.. and off. Then you wait in the port to get on your bus to your excursion.

Departure from Miami with stops in Grand Turk, San Juan, St Thomas, & Amber Cove (DR). Some rough weather near Grand Turk. If you like shopping for jewellery, there were plenty of deals at each port.
