I regret being stuck on this ship. The balcony is small and gross. Terribly rotted out. The entire ship is beat up and broken. Over crowded pools and not anything else to do on this ship. Tv is about 13 inches and only plays promos, HVTV and every once in awhile you actually land on a free movie. I asked why can’t I order a movie. Answer this ship hasn’t been upgraded. Shops are rarely open but only have carnival stuff. One outlet in the entire cabin. WiFi doesn’t work feels like dial up and your pages will time out. So mad that my anniversary was wasted on this ship. It feels like being stuck on a rusted out trailer.any recent positive review can only be paid or by a first timer who has never seen the ocean or been on a ship. If you have ever been on a nice ship don’t get stuck on this.

Old ship, the balcony was dirty. Too many dust on the cabin. The food was horrible, cold and tasteless. Nothing impressive. Go with another cruise line, it’s worth the extra.

HIDDEN FEES! Was told before booking that my children would be tested for COVID on the ship prior to boarding and it would be $10. I was charged $150 per kid for rapid covid tests!!! Was told they would be able to attend child care on the cruise and was lied to! They do not allow any unvaccinated children 5-11 into the youth programs! My children weren't even allowed to get off the ship when we arrived to the Bahamas because they were unvaccinated! However, if we purchased a shore excursion for an additional $500 THEN we'd be able to get off the ship with our children. EXTORSION! You can forget about getting anything resolved as their guest care could literally care less. All families onboard were furious after being told we could not get off the ship with our children. NONE of this was disclosed prior to the trip. We spent an additional $1,500 on top of the cruise tickets! TOTAL SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CRUISE WITH DIFFERENT LINE!

The cruise director was awesome. So funny. He took pictures with everyone. The staff was great. Everything was clean. Lots of activities. I went solo but felt very taken care of and safe. Cruising is an easy way to travel by yourself.

Food was sub par, had to beg for cups in the bathroom, they lost my luggage and they did nothing to find it. I had to go to the guest services desk to report it lost at 6 30 PM, and I found it, down the hallway from the desk, opened, out of view from the desk, with hundreds of people passing by it. When I told the useless rep at the desk what they did, she acted like it was no big deal, and thought that the staff leaving it there was ok. She didn't even do a report on it or offer it to be brought to my room. They ripped my room tag off and didn't bother to put it back on. I had an ID tag in the slot on the side that had my name, address and other info on it. They never bothered to take it out and ask the guest services what room I was in. I showed the ID card to the rep and she had no reaction. Typical of the attitude on this ship. My room steward was another useless person who told me at 6 PM he would contact his supervisor. He and his supervisor never got back to me. I booked a dining table for 2, and what did they give me ? A table with 6 other people on it. Then I had to wait over a half hour o a line line for the supervisor to change the table. Then, it took 2 hours to be served all the courses. Disgusting. And as for Carnival's useless emails after the cruise to find out what you thought, after stating all of this and more, I never heard from them either. I overheard many people on this cruise talking about how bad it was. I never heard stuff like this before on any cruise, and I've been on more than 15, including RC, and Norweigen. I am a Platnum member of Carnival, and have been on many of their ships. Stay off this one.
