Firstly I cannot fault the staff, they were all hard working and very polite. The reason for my average review is the change in itinerary, we only had 3.5 hours in the bahamas and it was a 30 minute taxi drive each way to the nearest beach from port. Tui used the excuse of weather and water currents 2 months before the cruise which I think would be impossible to predict so far in advance and judging by other reviews this happens often. They also cancelled south carolina due to the weather which was very bad to be fair but then they closed the buffet restaurant due to the ship movement in the weather, all the other restaurants were fully booked and no alternative location for food was arranged, we didn't eat till gone midnight. They changed the newyork Dock from manhattan to Brooklyn which is a long walk to the nearest subway. Sun beds were reserved by stupid selfish passengers by leaving their towels on the bed, in the end I had enough and used a bed, they were gone for 3.5 hours by the time they came back and I ended up in an argument with them, they claimed they went for dinner, FOR 3.5 HOURS! something needs to be done about holding sunbeds, people should only use them when they need them and there wouldn't be any problems. The drinks were very good and not watered down like most all inclusive hotels etc. Food was better than other all inclusive holidays I've been on. The ship was very clean and tidy.

Diesel smelling cabin. Un helpful reception staff. Food not great. Seemed to be a cruise where they wanted to make money out of you. Everything had a price tag!! Even the shuttle buses had £ signs. Must have seen everyone coming. Awful experience. Would never choose a cruise again and would not recommend.

First time cruisers , weather changed itinerary, flight to florida then Mexico dropped us in a bit of a dump private beaches booked up due to 5 liners in at same time on to Bahamas- Nassau again bit basic if you didn’t swim with pigs not much else to do, key west ok, Miami expensive hop on off bus with no guidance where to hop off back to Bahamas oh dear another poor place to go obvious highlight New York but docked in Brooklyn so difficult navigation to all mid town attractions this was sold as Manhattan docking which is easy access think tui knew this at time of booking reps not interested in advising independent travellers only selling expensive trips, good on board beers and spirits in all inclusive deal but had to pay for tins of coke ? Food good first week but second week below average. House keeping was very good and bar staff work hard, broadway shows first class but live room bands bit average rod Stewart out of tune and half of audience left early didn’t get silent disco, just people singing different songs out loud really weird.got to pay for Wi-Fi and book restaurants but regulars book restaurants up at time of booking holiday so late bookers can’t get in ! Loads of stuff needs tweaking and management hides by saying the crew are a disfunctional family!! Think there is an undercurrent of mutiny. All I n all staff are great except receptionists who need retraining in public relations ,I never got a straight answer to my questions and I felt like I was bothering them.we gave it 7 out of 10 overall which is average, think there are better quality cruises out there for a bit more money. On reflection think Bahamas , Mexico were just refuelling stops- management need to think in terms of customer needs rather than ships needs.

Cabin had not been cleaned blood in the bathroom, lipstick in the drawer, some body's medication at the side of the bed , mattress topper heavy stained. House keeping manager and assistant manager and supervisor first class every thing was sorted a blink of an eye. STAFF fantastic

Good cruise defo worth doing. change of ports due to hurricane but happy we got to see Mexico instead of Amber Cove. Good ports of call but Freeport and surprisingly Charleston were a tad disappointing however Key West made up for it all. saw lots of dolphins. NY was fab of course, docked at pier 90 so handy for Times Sq. Ships pool water needs to be changed more frequently. Staff levels low on ship. Entertainment crew were amazing and so good. Special mention to the lady who did the Whitney song, absolutely fabulous… a must see. All shows were great. Abby and Liam the cruise directors were lovely and good. Food on ship was great, all you could ask for really. Cabins clean, we were on deck 3 outside and all good, thanks to Gede, Azis and Diki from housekeeping team. Jimit, on bar very hard working, still on ship from our last cruise in April, wow that guy needs a holiday! Friendly ship, has a climbing wall and golf course. Got more help this time on independent travelling which was good. Despite repeatedly asking everyone to vape in designated areas folks are still vaping everywhere so this needs addressing and enforcing by security on ship. Overall tho a good cruise, lots to see and do and we will defo be back again but maybe on a different ship and area. Thanks all for a great holiday :)
