An update on my original review....Hilton London Green Park replied to my review and suggested I contact them directly to discuss my cancellation request further. I emailed them and asked again for a full refund due to the severe weather in the area during my trip. The hotel replied that they will stand by their initial decision and only refund one night of my reservation and charge me the 2nd night. So disappointing! For my inconvenience, they offered me a discounted rate on a future visit. Why would I want to stay at a hotel that doesn't put customer service and satisfaction first???

Going to be refurbished,change the bedrooms to lighter colours as the rooms are so dark.
The bar is looking a little tired with dark wood.
Is there a refrigerator in all the Twin Deluxe rooms? The website isn't clear on this. Also, does free wifi mean in the room or only in common areas? Please clarify. Thank you.
I have a reservation for afternoon tea on Sunday and have been trying to call up with some dietary requirement information (as instructed on the email) for WEEKS and I still cannot get hold of anyone and apparently I cannot leave a message!! I have tried calling the main Hilton Green Park number and the number for the Brasserie where the tea is held. Management, please can someone contact me!!!!!
