We have accommodation booked for 5th October to the 9th October 2018 and have tried ringing but was put on hold for forever, tried emailing reservation and contacting through facebook but still have got no one contacting me back. Hopefully this works. We have booked 2 rooms as are travelling with children and want to know if you have either renovated family rooms or interconnecting rooms that we can reserve. From reading the reviews about safety I do not feel comfortable leaving my children in a room that is not connected to ours. Looking forward to your reply and our family holiday.
Are the shuttle service to/from the falls & airport transfers included in the price per night or is it an additional fee?
