My flight from india will land at airport at around 7 A.M. on 26th april So i will be reaching your location at around 8 A.M. Can I check in at that time?
I had booked a 4 night stay with Mac Boutique in May 2017 in their Junior Suite room after reading good reviews and seeing their "7 yes old photos of the hotel". But after reading recent reviews complaining of outdated, worn out room and furniture along with a beg bugs I got scared and wrote emails to them and even enquired in the Q&A section on TripAdvisor about my concerns and whether they plan to do some kinda maintenance or should I even change my booking to their Pearl Studio room. Sadly there wasn't any response from them.
Will be cancelling my booking. If this is how they respond about enquiries from customers who have booked, I am scared about their service once we go to stay.
I have booked your Junior Suite Room in May 2017 for 4 nights after a doing a lot of research and going through reviews on travel websites. But a recent review from Mayank211 about the "Junior Suite" to which your OBM-Project Manager has replied has left me shocked and re-thinking on my booking. I do not want to go through what Mayank has gone through as I have also seen the pictures he has posted. What do I do? I'm considering of cancelling the booking. Plz reply ASAP.

Are you planning to fix up the rooms and do some maintenance work before I arrive on 22nd May 2017?
Do you suggest the Pearl Studio room is better than the Junior Suite Room? Then I would cancel the Junior Suite and book the Pearl Studio instead.
I am hoping for a prompt reply from your end to a customer of Mac Boutique Suites.
I would like to inform you that if for some reason you fail to reply to my question and respond to my queries, I will assume that you are not interested in having bookings from customers in your hotel.
I will cancel my booking of 4 nights and book another hotel after 2 days if I do not receive any response from your management.
