Thank you, I received the reply on non availability of airport transfers and breakfast for march 2 - 8. how do i add breakfast inclusion in my reservation or can i just pay for that when we get there? also, do you have accredited tour companies or are there tour packages in your hotel which we can avail of when we get there? thank you.
I see others with the same issue I had. I specifically booked this hotel as it offered a free shuttle to/from the airport ("Travel at Ease - Free airport shuttle for your convenience") and I just called to arrange pickup and they told me that they don't offer a free shuttle.
It's too late to cancel and book a new hotel as rates have gone up and part of my stay doesn't offer a cancellation
Pretty disappointing - Wyndham should honor their statement on their website and update their webpage.
Hi. We have also booked to stay with you during 1st holiday to Korea. The hotel website clearly mentions a free airport shuttle and it is 1 main reason for us to book with you. If it is not correct that is false advertising and very tricky. Please advise asap. Thank you.
