Hi, How long does it take for G Hotel to cancel and refund my deposit that you charged to my credit card?

I stayed at your hotel on 25 - 27 August 2017 and I am still waiting for my deposit to be credited back to my credit card.

I have called and followed up with email and still waiting. Pls respond ASAP.
