New Year 2018 Details
Kind Attn: Mr. Zubin Songadwala
We are planning to book Culinary Break package from 30/12/2017 to 31/122017. The package includes two major meals at any of the restaurants and “Terms and Conditions” does not mention any “Exclusion Dates”. However, when we are trying to book dinner reservations for 31/12/2017 at Dum Pukht, we are being told to book the “Gala Dinner Package” and have been denied table otherwise. However, your central reservations claim that “Gala Dinner” is not mandatory for guests.
You are requested to confirm your exact policy. We are very much interested in the “Culinary Break” package but we are not keen for “Gala Dinner” package. Moreover, if the package includes 2 major meals and mentions no exclusions, we would like to avail the same on 31/12/2017.
We look forward to receiving correct information so that we can make our plans accordingly
I am a bit confuse with the Executive Club with Breakfast, Executive Club Exclusive and the Towers. At other hotels a room with a "club" designation will grant the guest access to a club lounge with breakfast, cocktails, snacks etc. Is this the same at the ITC Maurya?
From reading the rood description it seem only the Towers room have this? Will someone with experience at the ITC kindly explain the difference thanks!
are the rooms of the ITC maurya modern. i am planning on booking the ITC one room.i heard the rooms are recently renovated, but i dont know when this was done
