Is there an automated check in machine or do you have to talk to the reception staff behind the counter?
Can we request a room at the back of the hotel as we are booked from the 18 th to 22nd June if we can how do we do it
I have a couple question regarding transportation.
1. does anyone know how long the train ride is to WhyteLeafe South station from London?
Which rail line goes there and can I buy my tickets in advance?
2. Are there any taxi services available from this hotel? We need to attend a wedding nearby (about 10 mins away)
I think I left my sunglasses at the hotel on Sat night / Sun morn the 2nd/3rd August. i was in Room 209. I have rung the hotel on at least 6 occasions and they have failed to answer the phone, can you please contact me on 07703 467245 to advise whether they have been found. They are prescription glasses and as I have an ulcerated cornea, they are essential to me in this sunny weather.
Can I make a reservation for a room between 25 and 26 (one night) August? and the price?
