How far are you from the Colombo airport and what type of transportation is there to and from the airport.

We understand that you are disappointed regarding the reservation process. Please note that according to our email correspondence with you, we have been sending you many mails with the relevant information requesting to make the required deposit to confirm the reservation. Because according our company guidelines we are unable to hold the reservation for a longer time due to high demand during the seasonal period. However, since we did not hear from you regarding the reservation and the deposit. We had to release the tentative reservation as deadline which was given to you to make the initial payment was over.
