I want to go to Japan next week to see the cherry blossoms is this a good time to go or not ? It might be late to see it ? Or should I still see the flowers ? Thank you so much my fellow readers for taking your time to answer this question
the season for cherry blossom is over for now, if you are keen for sakura season then visit Tokyo at the end of March
Try in Northern parts of Japan, where it blooms as late as May
The Cherry Blossom season is over in the better part of Japan. So, it is unlikely that you will see the flowers in Tokyo. If you want to catch the cherry blossoms, check out the "sakura navi" website or app. You can get real time info. According to the app, Cherry Trees will bloom in Hokkaido around 29 April. Have a good trip
it is very unlikely to see the cherry blossoms next week since the blossom period started in Tokyo beginning of April and should end these days. however, there might be cooler places where it starts later so that you can be lucky. In Sapparo the blossom starts in May.
It might be very late for the blossom. Better park is Shinjuku. Try it anyhow. They both very beautiful even without cherry blossoms
Hi.. sorry for the late responding.. i think you still can see the cherry blossom for this month.. but to be sure, you can check from Japan travel agencies who usually has so many channel in Japan..
There are still blossoms in the north. Just do a Google search for "2018 Cherry Blossom forecast"
If you do have time, you should still stop by some of the parks in Japan, particularly Shinjuku Gyoen because even though there won't be Cherry Blossom, it is still a great park.
