If cancelling a reservation, will I get my money back? Even though it was taken aftee stating online 'PAY ON ARRIVAL'
Read through all the T&Cs carefully. If in doubt, contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau, they are usually very helpful.
I would expect that you should get a refund if you cancelled 24 hours before the booking ( I think that is specified on their terms) - I have have never had any problem with cancellations. I do find it unusual that you were actually charged before arrival, although this may depend on the particular deal - I know that there are some deals occasionally that do state that payment will be made at time of booking and there is not a refund option. The terms should be clear on whichever booking you made.
If that is what they say then yes but I don't trust this place , they took £6 for parking from my credit card and I did not even use the parking , they said the card was just a holding card and they would not use it as the company paid the bill
