Some of the paths at the top, including the child friendly 'adventure' trail, would be suitable for a child's buggy - particularly the now popular large wheeled variety- but climbing up the hill from almost any direction off-road would be very difficult if not impossible. The zig-zag road would be unsafe bearing in mind the volume of cars, cyclists and motorbikes. Plenty of car parking at the top, but if arriving by train via BoxHill Station and walking up, the buggy would be very hard work

There are parts that one could use a child's pushchair but I do not think you could walk very far. The view is worth the car ride to the top though.
