Sorry, the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. There is a ramp from the car park and a ramp to the ground floor rooms. The rooms have an in bath shower.

Hi There no from what I can remember there was only small stairs into the hotel from the parking at the front.

I think there was a rear car park and access, but not sure if there were steps.

When I stayed here I was not impressed, so to be honest cancel your reservation and stay across the street at the Premier Inn.

There is a ramp for the entrance but it is around the side so park over on the left hand side towards the back of the carpark and not in a disabled space! Once inside ground floor rooms are accessible and there is a ramp. The bar is accessible but the restaurant not, there is a step or two but if walking those is not an option I am sure they will help you have breakfast in the bar.

Hi

I only noticed stairs at the entrance to the hotel. However once inside, on the ground floor as you walk past the reception and bar entrance, the rooms are accessible via ramp.

I also did not see any information on accessibility on the hotel website. No harm giving them a quick call and finding out more.

Hi

Ring and speak to the hotel - staff are friendly and new extension built in the back, and ground floor rooms, better to be safe, but lots of ramps and doors with easy access, as we've been to dinner with my mum who is a wheelchair user.

All the best

Lisa
