Can you tell me if this restaurant is wheelchair accessible and if there is a wheelchair toilet
There is definitely a step up by should be manageable with the chair. As to the toilets I know the main faciliteis are in the basement accessible by stairs but I am unsure if there is a wheelchair accessible one on the ground floor. The best thing to do would be to call the restaurant directly. They're very friendly and approachable.
I think it can be accessible for dining but the bathroom I don't think so. Not sure if they have an elevator and the bathroom is on the bottom floor.
There is a step from the path in to restaurant. Main toilets are downstairs bit there may be a wheelchair accessible one on the restaurant floor, I just didn't notice. Contact the restaurant, they were helpful when I was there.
No, I'm afraid it's a couple of steps up from the footpath, and the toilets are down a flight of steep stairs at the back.
As I recall, Toscana is perhaps one step up from the sidewalk. The main dining area is on the first floor. Space inside at peak hours could be tight, but not impossible in a chair. We went early before the rush, but neither of us uses a chair. The staff was more than helpful and willing to please. Neither of us went to the bathroom, so I can't answer the other question.
