Are there airport shuttles to and from this Holiday Inn and are they complimentary both ways?
Depends on what time your flight gets in and how tired you are! Check with the hotel for their times, there is a metro but it is a hassle dragging cases through the euro parc as its a bit of a desert ( nicely landscaped but no pavements or interesting shops along the way).
I would get a cab.....
not free and not regular so you might have to wait at the airport for longer time. When I arrived , I had to take a taxi because the shuttle was not before one hour and a half. Actually the train takes you about 500 meters from the hotel. A little complicated to explain but yes the train is a good alternative, back and for the from the airport. buy the ticket online, cheaper, or at a kiosk, in the station more expensive???
Sorry it's 10 euros not 30 euros
Yes the FCO to hotel shuttle is free. Hotel to FCO cost 20 euros. But the shuttle service is not frequent is every couple of hours. It's on their website.
The shuttle from the airport to the holiday is complimentary however only runs a handful of times during the day. From the hotel to the airport the cost is 10€/person
