Regarding your transportation from the Athens airport to our hotel we could suggest following options:

• Bus No X-96 / every 20 minutes / cost 6,00 € / get off at Municipal

Theatre Sq. in Piraeus - 1 Km. far from the hotel / duration 75 min.

• Taxi / there are always many taxies waiting in the rang outside arrivals’ gate / cost approx. 50,00 € - duration 50 min.

• Metro / cost 6,00 € / duration 60 min./ change at Monastiraki station from Metro Line 3 to Electric train Line 1 for Piraeus / get of at Piraeus terminal 1,3 km from the hotel and from there either taxi or busses No 300/904/906/909 and get off at “Vrioni” bus stop opposite of the hotel

• Suburban train / cost 8,00 € / duration 65 min./ change at Ano Liosia station to Suburban train line Kiato - Piraeus / get of at Piraeus terminal 1,3 km from the hotel and from there either taxi or busses No 300/904/906/909 and get off at “Vrioni” bus stop opposite of the hotel.

Booked George's Taxi for transfers to/from the Savoy hotel and airport. BUT during the stay discovered that the subway system is within a very short cab ride from the hotel. The trains go right to the airport and shopping areas. The only consideration is luggage. We had one carryon backpack each so we were very mobile. It was easy breezy. My only caution when taking public transport is to get directions. know the name of your stop. I found that often the stops went by 2 names. The folks at the terminals are VERY friendly and VERY helpful with this information. Inside of the train cars you will find a map with a light that illuminates for each city as you approach. Nothing to be nervous about jump in! Oh and if you are going to the Acropolis and/or Museum you can do this by subway as well. FAR cheaper than cabs. It takes a bit longer but it's a great way to see how the locals live.

Get a taxi and go to the train station in Piraeus. From there get instructions in how to get to airport. It is not difficult at all and above all, cheap.

Sorry I am not sure. I had a taxi. But there is a lot of public transport. And since it is located on a main street it should be easy to get close.

Contact the hotel itself, they know for sure and they are very helpful.
