Bonza Bike Tours Questions & Answers

florida, usa

Hope everyone enjoyed their trips, I was wondering if Sydney is a busy city traffic wise, do you ride on the sidewalks or the roads. Also if we were to get tired could we peel off and return to the shop or is the tour like a loop that once you get to a certain point you may as well finish, distance being the same. We're booking for Feb. 2016 so I'm guessing kinda warm.

Hey Tazntom

Thanks for your question. Our tours follow carefully planned routes in which we ride in the street a minimal amount of the time - instead we prefer to take you through parks, harbour fronts, and on large sidewalks if necessary. Additionally, we've picked the least congested streets and easiest paths. You won't have to worry about traffic when riding with us.

This is a slow paced ride with multiple stops for photos and talks from the guide. These are a great opportunity to relax while listening to the history of Sydney. Our Classic Tour is the most popular with a pub stop in the middle. This does a giant loop of the city and there does become a point where it is easier to finish the tour. The two hills on this tour happen at the start, so once those are out of the way you will find that the tour remains mostly flat for the remainder. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions please inform your guide before you leave so they can make the tour as safe as possible for you.

It is summer here in February so you will find the temperature will range from 25 - 31 Degrees Celsius. I would recommend wearing some light easy clothing and we also have bottles of water for $2. There are multiple locations throughout the tour where you can fill up your bottle.

If you have any further questions please feel free to ask, otherwise we look forward to seeing you in February 2016.

Cheers,

Matt Rose
