Hi I would check as they do hire this out for day time events which run for 2 to 3 days at a time.
There’s a 2pm tour for $10 most days, meet in museum foyer just nearby. There are many exhibitions on at building, including free things like the Lunar New Year light show that’s on from 9.30. Lots of fun then you can wander to Lygon St for meal or drinks
Most days it is open in the pm but best to review their web site as exhibitions take precedence
Hi you will need to check their website as it may depend on events currently on at the venue.
Tina I think that for reliable up to date information you should check their website
It's open most days for tours when there is not an exhibition at 2 pm. More details are on the website. Just google Royal Exhibition building Melbourne.
Opening hours depend on what exhibitions are on at the building. Most times, it opens 9 to 5, though you can get a cheaper earlybird ticket. Check before you go and decide how long you are likely to stay.
0900 hours every day.
Yes it's open most days however you have to go on a Tour which begins at 2pm from the Foyer of the Museum which is opposite to the building. If they are having an Exibition at the time you are there, Tours are not conducted however if the Exibition is something you are interested in then you will get to see the building too. I would think the Tours would give a deeper insight. Enjoy. Also make sure you google the site as you'll get more comprehensive information.
