Hi, thank you for your question. At first you come in for a consultation which takes as long as you need to determine what you want to order. After your consultation and measurement, we schedule you for 3 fittings. We can manufacture within 24 hours if you only have a short time in the city but you can do one fitting a day or two in one day and the third the following day, depending on your schedule. We need about 4-5 hours for production and adjustments in between your fittings. Hope to see you here!

I'd say on average 3 days, but could be as little as 2 if in a rush. Depends on the success of the first fitting.

You should be fine, if you go to Kimmy's on the first night (they close at 10pm) and arrange for all 3 fittings on the next day. Then, you can pick up your suit on the last day in Hoian

Hi James, the whole process takes 3 days. You just need to out aside 30 minutes each day for the fitting. I believe you can do it quicker but you will need to ask.

Generally about two days, most tailors ask how long you're staying though so that shouldn't be a big problem.

2 nights is fine, but I'd advise you to go straight there and don't bother shopping around then, otherwise you won't have enough time for all the other cool stuff to do in and around Hoi An
